All team helmets are included in both folders.
This is what it will look like...

and the black folder
I noticed that some helmets were not resized and were still in 24 bit. The changes are in the new zip, making it a small enough download/upload for one file.

I grabbed your helmets and loaded them. They are nice, but some are missing. Check out www.nationalchamps.net/Helmet_Project/ has every college teams helmet, all divisions, pro and old pro helmets. And they look great. :) Thanks

I think that they are all included, but they were made with Icys 1.3 pstats file, so some won't show up in the game unless you rename them. Thanks for the link. Yeeah, some time I need to update them. :)

Hey Dunk44; You said they were all there (they are) how would I change the names to get them all to show up? There are 18 that don't show up. Thanks for your help.

Open the pstats.dat file with Microsoft Access, or Open Office, (think thats whats its called), open the Teams, then find the missing teams abbreviations, rename the helmets in the black and team folders. To rename, right click on the helmet, click rename, then type in the new abbreviation. Be sure to do both folders. For example, rename Virginia from vir.gif and vir-t.gif to vu.gif and vu-t.gif.
