And thus, we begin this horrible horrible excuse for a diary.
Promotions
==================================================
All Professional Wrestling
Promotion Style: Pure
Based In: Midwest, USA
Promotion Size: Regional
Profile: Just as their name says, they're all about Professional Wrestling. Formed in the late 70's by the Legendary Bonepicker (Alex Rhoode) after a trip to Japan to wrestle in the then named JPW, Bonepicker's entire look on Professional Wrestling was changed. No longer enamored by Angles and Interviews, Bonepicker decided that the US wrestling scene needed change. Taking a no-nonsense approach to professional wrestling, especially strange considering his Gimmick is that of a Zombie, Bonepicker has sired two amazing talents that have decidedly donned his old attire.
==================================================
Brutal Bulldog Wrestling Alliance
Promotion Style: Hardcore
Based In: Midlands, UK
Promotion Size: Regional
Profile: Formed in the early 90's as a 'backyard' fed intially. They were just dubbed as a blood-sport and that they would have relatively no success in the world of wrestling, and none of their stars would ever have any merit. Until The Masked Marauder decided that he would help this British promotion grow. Marauder himself being a native Brit, is well respected all over the world , and within the short spain of a few years he had most of Britain talking about this cutting edge and brutally realistic wrestling promotion. Marauder currently is the owner, booker, and occasional Main Eventer for BBWA.
==================================================
Japanese Classical Wrestling
Promotion Style: Hybrid
Based In: Honshu, Japan
Promotion Size: National
Profile: Formed in 1945, simply because of the US attraction to Professional Wrestling. Japan quickly mastered this new form of entertainment, although several of the first promotions failed. Marketing genius Uichi Yamaguchi finally took his shot at creating a Wrestling Promotion. It helped immensely that Uichi had a love for the business that other greedy promoters had lacked, and initially he had called the JCW "Japanese Pro-Wrestling" and attempted to get it aired in the US. Unfortunately the US would have nothing to do with this in the early 60's, and so Uichi began to play to his homefield which was undoubtedily the best move he had ever made as a businessman. JPW was accepted almost instantly in Japan, unlike it's US counter-part. The name Japanese Classical Wrestling came about in the 80's during a Wrestling Revolution in the States due to Dean Martini. JCW is easily one of the most respected promotions in the world, due to their on camera 'honor code' that resembles that Japanese Samurai Bushido code. Their wrestlers are some of the best in the world, one of their biggest stars is the 'Innovator of Strong Style' DEMON Kasai, and the rip on history Nobunaga Oda.
==================================================
Loco Lucha Libre
Promotional Style: Lucha Traditional
Based In: South Eastern, Mexico
Promotion Size: International
Profile: The second oldest known Wrestling Promotion in the World, LLL was originally formed just a side-show attraction by basically the same man that formed the World-known WWWA. Mark Martini and Edwardo Ortez formed the LLL as a joint-project. Within a few years, Martini's WWWA began to take off and he distanced himself from the flea-sized LLL and Ortez. Soon however, Ortez began to take the product in a different direction from his Northern counter-parts. He took the company into a different direction with two incredibly talented High-Spot based Wrestlers that worked and incredibly frightening style of wrestling, that was unlike anything anywhere else in the world had to offer at the time. Soon it became the standard for Mexican workers, and The Crusader and The Crimson Ghost had cemented themselves as Legendary World-Wide. LLL has an excellent working relationship with JCW surprisingly enough, and you can find many of their talented workers traded back and forth between companies. Even to this day, LLL continues to tradition that Ortez created, still standing true the classic Lucha Libre motto, "Everyone's style is accepted no matter how baroque or obscure."
==================================================
Ontario Wrestling Organization
Promotion Style: Cutting Edge
Based In: Ontario, Canada
Promotion Size: National
Profile: Singularly the most well known Canadian promotion that there is. Perhaps the only known one that there is, not to say that there aren't other Canadian promotions, just none of interest or that get the media exposure that OWO tends to. Created in the early 60's by one of Wrestling's most reverred Mic men, whom is also considered to be a psychological genius, David Danielson. Always cycling out young talent in order to create a new star, they're always looking for 'the next hot thing' in Professional Wrestling, because simply they want to sign him to as long as a contract as they can and make the money that they need to off of him. Most wrestlers that make it to OWO wrestle with Danielson at one time or another, because of his ego when it comes to booking. While he is one of Wrestling's finest workers, he is also one of the most self-important.
==================================================
Tower Power-Pro Wrestling
Promotion Style: Traditional
Based In: Tri State, USA
Promotion Size: National
Profile: Formed in the early 80's by one of Wrestling's foremost experts, generally best regarded, Stan Towers. The Canadian born technical God got his run into Wrestling when he won the Gold Medal for Wrestling in Canada, in the late 40's. Towers joined with the WWWA, and soon found his way to Japan where he met Bonepicker. Bonepicker was on his way into Japan as Towers was on his way out, however. Even after forming the promotion, Towers still regularly worked in Japan - and his son Dean was even born there. It is said that he has a great working relationship with the JCW, and that is evidenced by the fact that some workers from JCW occasionally come and work with wrestlers of TPP-W. They are the most well respected US promotion in the world, at least to the rest of the world outside of the US. TPP-W combines the elements of the JCW's 'Pure' style and WWWA's 'Entertainment' style for a nice blend. As for the Towers' legacy, his youngest Dean Towers works with him in the TPP-W, while his middle child Anthony has had great success in Mexico and has no urge to live in his father's shadow in the US. While the most successful and possibly the only one that will ever surpass his father in pure talent, Stan Towers Jr works consistantly for the JCW in Japan. His father being a Godlike figure in Japan helps his credibility some, but Jr has has made amazing matches to his own credit.
==================================================
World Wide Wrestling Alliance
Promotion Style: Sports Entertainment
Based In: South West, USA
Promotion Size: Global
Profile: WWWA, the World's oldest promotion. Formed in the early 1910's by Mark Martini, it was originally just some sort of carnival side show. Several fat guys just beating up on each other. Six years later, he found himself independant from his Mexican counter-part and from the carnies all-together. Wrestling really started to take off when in the early 60's Martini signed Olympic Gold-Medalist Stan Towers to the WWWA. There were four reasons to go see WWWA: Giant Crusher - the 7'5" nearly 500lb monster of a man who had an innate charm to him and had an equal charm to him in the ring. Stan Towers - while he lacked Charisma seriously he could do no wrong in the ring, and the fans loved him for it. The Iron Bull - One of those few large men that could put himself over on the mic and not embarrass himself in the ring, he was Giant Crusher's biggest rivaly, literally and figuratively. Jesse Michaels - while he is more famous for giving birth to Alex Michaels, Jesse himself is a bonafide legend, having several classic matches with Stan Towers in the WWWA and then later in JCW. Soon the 'Golden Era' of wrestling for WWWA would pass in the 70's as the old-man became older, and was desperate for new stars and new ideas. Although he stayed loyal to Giant Crusher and Iron Bull, Jesse Michaels and Stan Towers found themselves without jobs in the 70's. Mark Martini on his last legs sold the company to his Grandson - Dean Martini, his father Greg having no interest in the business despite his grandfather's attempts. Dean almost immediately turned the company into something else, something new, and WWWA and the Wrestling World experienced a wind of revitalization in the early 80's. Nick Steele was a superstar that was hired by Dean's father, whom he had big intentions for, Dean followed through with his Grandfather's intentions. The 'Steele Reign' lasted for about twenty years. In 1985, Mark Martini finally passed away of old age, he was 89. Having lost his grandfather, and apparently his source of inspiration, Dean Martini lost his 'smile' so to speak for Pro-Wrestling..
The Company floundered without a Martini behind the wheel, and the board of directors attempted many times to get him to come back. They were unable to create any new stars during this time, having to ride on the backs of new star Nick Steele and Lifetime WWWAers Giant Crusher and The Iron Bull. However, Bull and Crusher at this time are getting up there in the years and couldn't exactly perform to their younger standard. It wasn't until 1991 when Nick Steele finally talked Martini back into the WWWA did that company finally get that extra 'boost' of power that they needed. Almost immediately, Martini came into contact with Stan Towers and Stan Towers Jr, and made a deal with them to come to his company. In '98 Martini hired Anthony Towers as well. The 'Steele Reign' continued as Stan Towers put over Nick Steele several times, and Stan Towers Jr worked with the Heavyweight on more then one occasion. Iron Bull and Giant Crusher also put over Steele at this time, and he was soon the biggest name the industry had ever seen. In early 1999 Stan Towers decided that his time in WWWA was over and that he should focus on his own promotion, and left the company for good. Two years later, his son Anthony and Stan Jr followed. Stan ended up in Japan, and Anthony ended up in Mexico. Following an injury in 98' the years were beginning to grow on Steele as well, and WWWA began to look for new stars. In 2005 the company is still riding the coat-tail of it's legends, and of the Super-Star known as Nick Steele. There is a good deal of young talent on this roster, but the question is, will Steele give up his spot?

Note: I'll put up a Wrestlers of Note later. >< Started working on it, and got lazy while writing it, and that just does no justice at all.

OWO Masters of War
Location: Victoria Royal Athletic Park (British Columbia)
Attendance: 10,000
Overall: C
Editor: In the first match for the entire diary, and scenerio - Nutlaw and Tony Wheed show a decent enough match in the OWO with a C-. Which really isn't surprising, considering that Nutlaw is a great brawler, and Wheed is a great technician. They have something in common though, in flying. This rating was disappointing, but not surprising - because ... both of their Overness' sort of suck.
Nutlaw defeated Tony "Smokin'" Wheed - C-
(( Not a Forumer Match, don't care.))
Brent Myers defeated Canadian Bull - C+
Editor: A C for this caliber of match? Sort of surprising actually. Ares and Mark Storm both have a pretty good overness in Canada, and both work a similar style - and both are almost as good as one another. This is just queer that this match got such a low rating.
Mark Storm defeated Ares - C
Editor: This match should have been better in my opinion. Both Harris and Stylez are so over that it hurts, and they work an incredibly similar style. Very odd that this match didn't get a better rating then it did, as this probably would have been the perfect pairing for the OWO. In either case, thus begins Rex Harris' title reign! Let's see how long he keeps that belt!
Rex Harris defeated Shawn Stylez for the OWO Candian title - C
JCW Wisdom of Fire Test
Location: Honshu (Very Big) (Honshu) ((Note: I intended on removing these, and just got lazy.))
Attendance: 30,000
Overall: C+
Editor: As many of you could guess if you read the other diary, Kid Wolf is my character in this. And once more he gets paired up with Derek Blackley, except this time we both get squished by another character I put into this scenerio. Great. Here starts my losing streak once more. Oh, and Blackley starts with a loss this time, hah.
DEMON Kuzar defeated Kid Wolf and Derek Blackley - C
(( Not a Forumer Match, don't care.))
DEMON Kazar defeated Oniryukain Ein - C
(( Not a Forumer Match, don't care.))
Big Buffalo defeated The Dragon - C+
(( Not a Forumer Match, don't care.))

(( Not a Forumer Match, don't care.))
Alan Sarven defeated DEMON Kasai - B
Editor: Out of all the people to pick? Ein picks Markos Raine to face Alex Michaels? For all of you readers, Alex Michaels is probably the best all-rounder in the scenerio and likely the most over 'all-rounder' as it were. Markos isn't a bad worker per-say. But Raine there couldn't have a good match with Alex, so boo on him. A C+? I think the ratings are broken or something.
Alex Michaels defeated Markos Raine for the JCW Junior Heavyweight title - C+
WWWA It's Over
Location: Rowland Stadium (Mid-Atlantic)
Attendance: 38,454
Overall: B-
Editor: ...to me, this match makes no sense. Oh, I don't mean the rating. I mean sense in the word as to why these two were paired together. Caliban has almost no technical or flying skills period, and is all brawling. Stylez on the otherhand? Exact opposite, no brawling skills but tons of Technical and Flying. .. This was just stupid, and sad to see two people I picked out to become stars get wasted. Not to mention the Giant Caliban getting JOBBED to Stylez! Man.
Shawn Stylez defeated Caliban Dark - D
Editor: Another odd booking choice. But, I saw the loss for Reaper coming. Benjamin is the son of Giant Crusher. So, not much more to say about that - other then predictable rating. Guessing this was just a squash match.
Bruiser Benjamin defeats Grimm Reaper - C-
(( Not a Forumer Match, and definitely not where I would have put this match. ))
Nick Steele defeats Jake Bishop - B
Editor: I still stand-by the thing I said about Burleigh being a big star in WWWA. KC Wolf on the otherhand, will likely flounder and struggle here. To be honest, he'll probably just be a jobber for WWWA for his whole tenure there, he's not their style of worker - and he's small. Very likely just another squash match.
Burleigh defeats KC Wolf - C
Editor: In a stroke of booking genius, Gabriella was put in a match with three large heavyweights. Sure, she's one of the best brawlers in the world - but she was likely overshadowed in this match by the pure size of the other three. Whom I might mention are no where near her skills aside from Slim Jim. Not a surprising rating considering the poor decision to put Gabriella in it. WWWA has a few talented female wrestlers and a Women's only title, so odd not to see them take advantage of it.
Klinger and Slim Jim defeat Gabriella and Andrew Hayes - C+
(( Not a Forumer Match, don't care.))

Attendance: 1,918
Overall Rating:C-
Editor: At this point, I've given up on seeing the Forumers put on a match that's above a C. Interesting choice to put the belts on though, then again maybe it's not and just stupid AI booking.
John Sniper and Big Buffalo defeat "Heinous Hardy Ulmet and Caliban Dark for the BBWA Tag Team titles - C-
Editor: Someone sucked here, and I have a feeling it wasn't DEMON Kazar. Marshell, I'm looking at you. No, I'm just kidding, Marshell and Kazar don't click at all! What the heck is up with the bookers doing that? They're horrible!
Jimmy Marshell defeats DEMON Kazar - E
Editor: Slim Jim and Klinger must be some sort of dream-team for someone. Because you know where I put I gave up on the forumers making above a C? Yeah, they did. Slim and Klinger are definitely two huges guys, and Mad Max is too, but I know for a fact that Wolf isn't. Interesting to see this actually get a semi-decent rating.
Slim Jim and Klinger defeat Mad Max and Kid Wolf - C+
Editor: So. BBWA has access to the most experienced, and over tag-team in the whole world .. and instead of putting their Tag champions over them, they just have them lose in seperate tag-teams in matches that don't matter. GAH. I so need to book for one of these promotions, and might just do that. In either case, sad that this got such a low rating considering who's in it. Guess Fentito and Hayes aren't anyone's dream team, eh?

TPP-W Burn it Up
Location: Mayor Street Arena (New England)
Attendance: 15,000
Overall Rating: C+
Editor: Aww. Hardy jobs once more! Likely a squash match considering it's DEMON Kasai, and his overness. Also likely why this match got such a low rating, since you'd think these two would work together well.
DEMON Kasai defeats "Heinous" Hardy Ulmet - C-
Editor: This is a 'duh' moment for the booker of TPP-W. Fentito and Caliban not having a good match? I don't think it's a terribly smart thing to book Caliban against people that are.. technically minded? Or maybe Caliban just sucks and I was really really wrong about him.
Fentito DeBerg defeats Caliban Dark - D
Editor: Not surprised this was a decent enough match. These two have similar styles, and are both decent enough performers. Maybe that's why all the forumer's matches are sucking. Because they suck at performance? Hah.
Big Buffalo defeats Bruce Thomas - C-
Editor: No one but me cares. But yay! I job again! To a Canadian no less! Yay anyway!
Brent Myers defeats Kid Wolf - C
Editor: Well Markos is certainly getting a workout this month, eh? Two of the best cruiserweight style workers in the same month. If this keeps up, Markos might win one of those belts some-time! If he doesn't get jobbed to death.
Dean Towers defeats Markos Raine for the TPP-W US title - C
Editor: Dur. Locke is probably the most popular forumer in the world right now, and Sarven.. well, Sarven isn't even a forumer. Buttkicking all the way from Locke, definitely.

LLL Amor A Quemarse
Location: Heroe de Nacozari (Northern Mexico)
Attendance: 15,000
Overall Rating: C+
Editor: Mr. Smoking gets to fly-high! And Clements has to job hard. Not a bad match considering neither of them is too over in Mexico. Not much more to say other then this was good booking that got the rating that would have been expected.
Tony Wheed defeats Nick Clements for the LLL TV title - C-
Editor: Not a bad person for Ares to work with to learn the craft a big better. Along the way, if Rex and Ares work more then one match together, Rex will likely pick up a thing of two from that young gun Ares. Average match!
Ares defeats Rex Harris - C
Editor: ... Yeah, Markos is definitely having a great month for wrestling. Dean Towers, Alex Michaels, and now Mexico's Best - The Dragon. He's just gotten lucky as hell in his booking, eh? Also, B-. Congrats to Markos on having the first Forumer match in a different letter category above C. Though, with who he's working with - surprised it didn't happen sooner.

Overall Rating: C
Editor: Harris and Blackley will make an interesting tag team, I think. Though, DEMON Kasai and Hardy Ulmet are a pretty awesome tag-team too. I wouldn't have thought of either of thse combinations, and putting them against one another? Nah. Though, a C- is definitely underwhelming for the talent of these guys.

Bruiser Benjamin defeated Bonepicker 3 for the APW National title - C+
Editor: Thusly, Nick Clements jobs to Bonepicker! The 60 year old owner of the promotion. No big surprise that he jobbed to the man. Odd pick of Bonepickers to make him job too, but hey, it's his promotion. He can do whatever he feels like, eh?
Bonepicker defeats Nick Clements - C-
Editor: ...single biggest surprise of the month. KC Wolf beats Alex Michaels? And it's ONLY a C+? Good lord, what an underwhelming match this was. It should have been better, WAY better. KC Wolf made a good move in joining APW, and luckily the squashes of WWWA won't kill him too much, I hope.

Even to this day, LLL continues to tradition that Ortez created, still standing true the classic Lucha Libre motto, "Everyone's style is accepted no matter how baroque or obscure."

APW Pushing the Limits

Overall Rating: C
Editor: Harris and Blackley will make an interesting tag team, I think. Though, DEMON Kasai and Hardy Ulmet are a pretty awesome tag-team too. I wouldn't have thought of either of thse combinations, and putting them against one another? Nah. Though, a C- is definitely underwhelming for the talent of these guys.
Rex Harris and Derek Blackley defeat DEMON Kasai and "Heinous" Hardy Ulmet for the APW Tag-Team titles - C-

Well, now that that's done. Feel free to tell me things I should change - such as format .. things I missed, such as workers .. things I should keep track of that I'm not. Yeah.
I think I still have more to add to this post, but I'm not sure yet. It lacks a 'story' in terms of a 'story'. But, I dunno if it even needs that. That's something else you people need to tell me.
