Kind of a noobie thread but if i was going to have a tiny company with around 10-18 active workers who should i sign (i don't like having a size like SWF it's too hard:p)
Edit: Kind of like TNA as it's product

Might help to know which region.
The answer is going to be a lot different if it's US or Japan.

Its cuz he isn't available to work in America (by regions) you have to be higher in size. Are you are starting as tiny or do you just mean roster size?
What you could do is just turn off the user preference for penalties for having too small of a roster. This is what I did in my game as I dont like having a bulk roster just for the sake of it and having to book the massive 4 v 4 matches just to get everyone on. I am National and I think it says I need like 10 more workers or w/e

Thing is with that setup there is a wealth of workers out there that fit your style and area. So it is best to kind of restrict yourself in some way. Say for instance I want everybody to have good psychology or Nobody over 30 except 2 to 4 trainers etc etc. Also what are your goals with the fed? Becoming national asap? Training youngsters? Lots of highflying? Etc etc.

It's mainly just modern wrestling with hardcore aspects added to it and there is one hiring rule they must be unemployed

I definitely echo the statements of previous posters in that you'll want to use the filter settings to screen out people that are bad fits for your company. There are some real quality wrestlers out there that are just waiting for someone to come along and give them a shot...
Get people who have sound fundamentals, minimum of B- in basic, psychology, selling, etc...and then you can even pare that list down further and look for people who have high star quality or menace since menace is very exploitable.
Of course, these are just personal tastes.
