Well, for some reason or another I couldn't find Zeel1 last night. That and the fact he's on this list makes things fairly interesting.

Sounds like someone's just trying to copy Jman's fake forensic ploy. Did you receive this note as part of the day phase or as part of the night phase. This is vital to my believing of the note.

Destiny, did you get info on anybody? Nexus is meant to redirect tp somebody else, so I thought maybe you'd have ended up investigating somebody else at random? Or do only kills work that way?

Scum - I'm of the same alignment of MJD, according to the first few pages, so if I'm scum, than he's scum. :p I'd like to point out that in those pages, the scum would have no idea of the town's alignment name(s).

Well, I don't claim to be a forensic investigator. I got a note during this phase. For the record, I don't even go out at night.

If I was to pull a fake claim, I'd wait longer, like you did, grasshopper.

I'm sharing the info that I have, as it's the only info, apart from logical deduction, I'll be able to give you.

It's worth looking into, at the same time, given that you got it during the day there is the slight possibility that it was a note from another player passed through the MOD. I tend to be much more suspicious of that situations.

Still we shouldn't rule out this list as being legit; just an approach with caution situation in my mind.

With the greatest of respect, PP, I'm inclined to disagree, as usual sadly. You seem to think everything is an elaborate scum plan even when it's largely proved not to be.

You also pushed fairly hard on a mislynch (of sorts, in as much as he was who he said he was) of WC, which was interesting since he was on the look-out for Zim...

I think we've got a lead here, let's use it, if we do and it comes up bogus, we've eliminated one possibility. Nothing is ever 100% in these games so if we're disregarding clues and leads, we may as well turn this into a giant claim fest on day one.

I also consider it a strange list should it be a 'false flag' ploy. SO is the obvious candidate for this, granted but no-one else stands out on it.

I don't really know the show, and just reading about him, I don't see him as someone who would be untargettable either. But Glot made his story sound very, very sad, (As does the title of his episode) so I envision the ability working out as someone trying to attack him, only to learn of his story, and feel so very bad for him, that he spares him, and attacks someone else instead. :p

It's mainly just a running joke, 'cause Arrows was acting like the don in Pokemon, and I went along with it, calling him boss. I do actually go to him for advice every now and then, though, for instance how to play this role.

Disregard this question - just got confirmation from Glotnot, that people aren't redirected when they target me, they just fail.

Never heard of a nexus before, and looked it up on the mafiascum wiki. It's very brief article describes it as such;

"A lesser known role. Any ability which targets it will target another random player."

But according to Glot, I'm simply untargettable.

My guess is I'm usually not the first choice to kill off during the night and stuff like that, making me think this thing needs to stay inside of me for a certain amount of time before it evolves and completely takes me over or something like that. I'd honestly rather not take any chances and just eliminate this thing asap, but it's up to you guys what you wanna do for now.

I didn't change it from Nexus. Technically, Glot's the one that changed it, but I know people don't like it when players blame the mods, so I won't do that. What can I say though, man, that's what he told me. He said I was a nexus in my role PM, and then later clarified that I didn't redirect, I simply negated. I never even heard of a nexus before getting that PM, and I only thought I redirected because that's what the mafiascum wiki told me a nexus was.

It is not odd or intriguing to hear Moofy got her foot stuck in the mud. That's the entire plot for the only episode she appeared in.

I don't know what your ability says it does, but I wouldn't be surprised if Moofy was a roleblocker. She distracted an entire nation in The Girl Who Cried Gnome (her episode).

I have a feeling that this game will run a bit like Oblivion where basic character knowledge is key. A few of the roles I included were written with the point-of-view of the character in mind when the wiki page would have revealed the explanation for why their actions were having unadvertised results. If you don't know the true nature of your character, you might end up accidentally playing in character (the intended effect in Oblivion, but it messed people up way longer than I figured it would).

For the record, I have no idea if I was roleblocked or not by Moofy targeting me. It isn't shocking that I didn't help you get unstuck considering Moofy basically attacked anyone that tried. I suppose there's a lot of possible explanations for what went down, but I don't know which is true.
