2nd January 2006

Yesterday reports was sent around to certain websites that 4 superstars have put there life savings together to start up a new wrestling promotion, World Pure Entertainment Wrestling has been set up by Lance Storm, Christian Cage, Chris Jericho as well as a mystery fourth person.

The promotion aims to have a promotion that will have Sports Entertainment as well as Pure Indy wrestling, they hope to attractive fans from both WWE, TNA and the independent scene

The first show is scheduled for the 26th of January in the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, both ROH and TNA are reporting that a deal has been struck to have both the ROH and NWA World Title defended on the show, check back later to find out who Bryan Danielson and Jeff Jarrett will be facing on the debut show

Meanwhile in a office in Toronto Canada

Jericho: So that’s the card?

Christian: yeh I think we have everything there, the big names from entertainment, and the top of the indy world

????: I think the big main event with the big face appearing at the end of it is going to be what will make or break us

Storm: Jarrett’s NWA World Title opponent, I think will shock the world, and Danielson v Lyger will be an amazing match

Jericho: Are we all agreed having two semi-final matches for the WPEW Title, Punk v Ultimo Dragon and AJ Styles v Christopher Daniels

????: With Punk recently being released from the WWE, I think this will be a big match with the indy fans, his return in a way, and Ultimo Dragon will bring in the puro fans hopefully.

Storm: I think the legends match with Funk and Piper could be quite a good contest, however I think it would be a look more entertaining, and a better match if it was No DQ

Christian: Agreed

????: Me to

Jericho: So that’s all of us agreeing there, the 15 women battle royal, will hopefully be a big match in terms of it being a amazing women’s match, as well as Nora’s return to the ring

Storm: Is everything inline for the big stable

Christian: Yeh all the contracts are signed in place, and I spoke to TNA at the last Impact taping, and they said if they think the stable gets a good reaction they may very well continue the feud on TNA TV

Jericho: Has anyone spoke to Haas

Storm: Yeh he’s fine facing Matt Bentley, and spoke to Abyss, Sabu and Monty Brown and they are ok with the plans for the triple threat Xtereme match.

????: So what are the first two matches of the show going to be

Jericho: I think Matt Stryker against Kevin Steen opening would be a good move, two unknowns to the Sports Entertainment fans, but known to the indy fans, they could put on a amazing match, followed by the 4 way tag team match with SAT, Stampede Bulldogs, Briscoe’s and the Naturals

Christian: Good idea, but what about a dark match for the fans live in attendance

Storm: What about a 10 way elimination match, Homicide, Samoa Joe, Frankie Karazian, Low Ki, Tony Mamaluke, Amazing Red, Sonjay Dutt, Alex Shelley, Austin Aries and Chris Sabin

????: I think that is the final card then

Jericho: I just hope the world is ready for WPEW

Storm went for superkick but Petey moved out of the way and Storm ran into the hockey stick from D'Amore, Storm then staggered into a Canadian Destroyer, 1,2,3, Team Canada has got the upset win

WINNERS TEAM CANADA

After the match Team Canada continue to lay a beat down on their opponents, busting Jericho and Benoit open with chair shots to the head, Scott D’Amore broke the hockey stick over the back of Christian Cage as he stumbled into a power bomb from Alastair Ralphs, Team Canada was celebrating in the ring, when Bret Hart walked out onto the entrance way, as the Pay Per View came to an end.

Some real good match results there mate, you have improved since your WWE diary days for sure. You seem to have moves down to a tee, and I am very impressed by that. The format of the show was great. But poor Hogan!

Very good idea for a diary though, and you have a great roster mixing the best entertainers both old and new school, as well as some of the best wrestlers too and some of the good unknowns (as forlan will probably say too).

Gracias,

I am guessing you are on about the Dudleyz, i knew what i wanted but it was ahrd to put it in a good way (coz i wanted it to make the 6 man tag), i think i did it ok, had DUdleyz dominate, had Jarrett come out when Sting started to fight back, to be taken out by Hogan, then when they go for the tables, signature of the Dudleyz as such, Rock comes out, being rock bottomed threw a table, would knock you out, persoally i think it wrote it ok and it could of been worse, but thats my personal opinion

January 2005 Wrestleview.com round up:

WPEW:

This month was a good month for the start of WPEW, however a Pay Per View deal in america still seems impossible for them to get their hands on, which will really hurt the company in the long run.

Many people have wondered why The Dudley Boyz have been refered to as the Dudley Boyz on WPEW show's and website, we can report that a deal has been made that certain names that Vince McMahon has copyrighted is being rented by WPEW, on the condition that WPEW does not take to making cheap shots at the WWE, and if WPEW ever falls into debt, the company is sold to the WWE immediatly.

Remember their is no shows no shows next month, in a risky tactic by WPEW, they will be putting on 6 shows, on back to back sundays, which will compete with Wrestlemania, the price is $30 for all 6 events or $8 for one event, if the WPEW can continue pay per view prices like this, they will sure catch on to many wrestling fans

WPEW also sent around a press realease a couple of days ago, stating the start of the legedns division in the company after the amazing crowd response to Terry Funk and Roddy Piper, many names have been thrown around, from Greg Valentine to Bob Backland, however Ricky Steamoboat will be the offical WPEW legends division manager.

Dark Matches:

Frankie Karazian- just better and not brown.
Stampede Bulldogs and Havana Pitbulls- don't really care tbh.

Main Card:

Trinity- she is hotter.
Bryan Danielson- close contest, but he is a great young worker.
Jazz- battle of the manbitches then, shame you couldn't get Nicole Bass to referee :p
Matt Bentley- he isn't the best of workers, but looks good.
Jerry Lynn, Chris Sabin and The Amazing Red- this team has Lynn on it, the other one has sucky Evans.
Tony Mamaluke- I just love the way you say his second name :D
Honky Tonk Man and the Nasty Boys- the Nasty Boys have teamed before so they should be OK teaming and HTM ****ing rocks.
Nora Greenwald- I've always liked Molly :)
America's Most Wanted- good team IMO.
Sabu, Abyss and Monty Brown- will be close, but I think having two animals and a sick hardcore **** (Sabu obviously :p) on one team is better than having a manbeast that got fired (Rhino) and someone who is only usually good on the mic (Raven).
Petey Williams- giving it to one of the younger/new guys would be better than sticking it on a HUGE name like Storm, Jericho or Benoit at this point in time.
Rey Misterio Sr, Rock and Roll Express, Koko B. Ware and Bob Backland- Koko B. Ware is the most under rated wrestler EVER.
Homicide and Low Ki- both these guys can kick arse.
Charlie Haas- Joe hitting people hard is starting to bore me.
The Rock, Sting and Hulk Hogan- can't see Hogan losing here, especially after he was beaten up at the last show.
CM Punk- the Straight Edge gimmick pwns stale Styles and over rated Daniels IMO.

****ing stacked card, should be a good show.

Gracias,

Sunday 5th March 2006, San Juan Coliseum, Puerto Rico.

Preshow:
Frankie karazian defeated Sonjay Dutt
The briscoe's and SAT defeated Havana Pitbulls and Stampede Bulldogs

The show opened With Sports Entertainment Xtreme in the ring, Russo and Heyman cut a promo insulting Sting, Hogan, Rock, AMW, Abyss, Monty Brown, Sabu, AJ and Daniels.

However it wasn’t long until those 10 men came out, and we had a war on our hands, Russo, and Heyman got out of the ring quickly, and Trinity tried to fight but was quickly sent out of the ring by The Rock, SEX was outnumbered and was quickly sent from the ring, in humiliating style, however SEX regrouped and the fight was back on.

Eric Bischoff came out calling for order, however Dave Prazak came out and cut of Bischoff saying tonight that he would revel the man who would get his revenge on Eric Bischoff, and he would regret the day he replaced him with a old second string announcer like Bobby the Brain Heenan

We cut to the backstage area where Nora Greenwald is backstage, she cuts a promo on her match tonight against Tracy Brooks, she says last week she eliminated her, and this week she will she will end the career of one Tracy Brooks

Trinity v Sumie Sakai

This was a very competitive women’s match where there was equal offence. Trinity tried to keep Sumie tied up on the match in various holds, until Trinity felt Sumie was weakened down enough for her to hit her high flying offence, Trinity whipped Sumie in to the corner, Trinity ran in with a shoulder into the gut of Sumie, Trinity went up top and hit a hurricanrana of Sakai.

Trinity continued to dominate the match until she missed the moonsault, this left Trinity, Sumie locked in the camel clutch on Trinity, but Trinity managed to out power Sakai, and pick Sakai up and drop her on her back, this left the match wide open, and the first women up to her feet would have the control, this was Trinity, who managed to control Sakai and when she was ready hit the moonsault to get the victory

WINNER: TRINITY

After the match Trinity went to the back

Just as she gets to the back she runs into a man who looks a lot like the Macho Man, as the camera gets a closer look we see that it’s Matt Stryker

We see Dave Prazak walk into a locker room, as Prazak has walked though the door we see the name tag, Samoa Joe

Bryan Danielson v The Macho Stryker

The former ROH champion Bryan Danielson was looking to get a win here after losing at the first show, Danielson started the match in complete domination of Stryker with a number of suplex’s, wearing Stryker out, before locking in the regal stretch to try to end the match early, Stryker managed to get to the ropes but it was obvious Stryker was in a lot of pain.

Danielson continued to dominate over Stryker but Danielson started to get a bit to ****y, Danielson picked up Stryker and went for a overhead suplex, Stryker landed on his feet and hit a bulldog on Danielson, Danielson rolled to the outside, Stryker came of the top with a double axe handle to the back of Danielson, Stryker then threw Danielson into the ring, Stryker picked up Danielson and hit a body slam, Stryker went up top and hit the elbow drop on Danielson, to get the 1,2,3,

WINNER: THE MACHO STRYKER

We go backstage, we see Daniels walk into the locker room of AJ, AJ and Daniels agree that they don’t particularly like each other, but they respect each other, and tonight they make a promise let the best man win, and no matter what, CM Punk will not leave the cage with the WPEW title.

As Jackie is walking to the ring for her match with Jazz, the bitch jumps her, Jackie starts fighting back but the two women start brawling around ringside before the match has even began.

Jazz v Jacqueline

This was a very stiff contest between the two women, their two women exchange numerous strikes and punches, the contest was quite equal until Jackie hit a huge right hand sending Jazz to the mat, Jackie was dominating the match until she set Jazz up for a DDT, but Jazz reversed it into a northern light suplex, and got a 2 count.

He two women was very equal and the offence shifted from one women to the other very quickly, Jazz eventually managed to lock in the STF on Jackie, however Jackie managed to get to the ropes and Jazz was angered by this, Jackie however used Jazz’s own anger against, as Jazz was making a few big mistakes, Jackie took advantage of this and managed to hit a tornado DDT on Jazz, Jazz smartly rolled to the outside however, when Jackie went and followed Jazz, Jazz caught her with a steel chair to the head, causing a DQ victory to Jackie.

WINNER: JACQUELINE

Jazz continues beating the hell out of Jackie at ringside with a steel chair, until officials came down to ringside and managed to drag Jazz off of Jackie

We then go backstage with Matt Bentley, Bentley cuts a promo saying how he may not of been successful last time, but this time is a whole different story.

When we return we see a clip of Jackie being helped to the back after the brutal beat down by Jazz.

Matt Bentley v Kevin Steen

This match between two men who lost at the previous WPEW show, Bentley started the match in control over Kevin Steen, however Steen started to fight back against Bentley, The two men was quite equal on offence until Bentley went for a superkick on Steen, Steen ducked and hit a superkick of his own, and the fit the 450 splash on Bentley, Steen only got a 2 count, however this gave Steen the control for the rest of the match.

Shane was still recovering from the 450 splash when Steen threw Bentley out of the ring, Steen went to the top rope and as Bentley got to his feet Steen hit a moonsault onto Bentley knocking him out, Steen was a bit worse for wear but managed to get to his feet and throw Bentley into the ring, Steen covered Bentley but only got a 2 count, Steen got to his feet before Bentley which proved critical in the outcome of the match, it gave Steen the control, and allowed Steen to pick up the 3 count after the package piledriver.

WINNER: KEVIN STEEN

After the match Bentley got really frustrated and had ago at the referee before leaving.

Backstage Punk was talking to Evans, Shelley and Aries about the main event match tonight, Eric Bischoff walks up to the 4 men, Bischoff tells Punk that if any S.E.X. member appears at ringside in the match, not only will Punk be removed from the main event, and every member of S.E.X. will face a 90 day suspension.

Chris Sabin, Jerry Lynn and The Amazing Red v Jack Evans, Alex Shelley and Austin Aries

Jerry Lynn’s experienced played a big role in the match, however Aries, Shelley and Evan’s experience as a team from their Generation Next days from ROH helped them work as a team. Lynn brought in a technical aspect to the match while the other 5 men used high spots throughout the match, Sabin and Aries started the match and their was quick tags between both teams, showing a equal amount of offence.

However it wasn’t before long before Red was isolated from his team, Evans, Shelley and Aries, Lynn and Sabin knew unless Red made a tag the match would be soon over, Shelley ****iness almost cost the team, after posing on the top rope missed a legdrop, this let Red go over and tag Sabin, however Aries distracted the referee who didn’t see the tag, this led to a brawl in the ring, Evans and Aries sent Lynn and Sabin out of the ring, Shelley his the shellshock on Red, Aries then hit the 450 splash followed by Evans hitting the 630 splash, Shelley covered and got the easy 3 count on a limp Red.

WINNERS: AUSTIN ARIES, ALEX SHELLEY AND JACK EVANS

We see a video hyping the debut of Sonny Siaki, with some footage from Siaki’s TNA run.

When the video ends we go backstage where Siaki is Siaki gives an interview saying that WPEW is going to his playground, and he is going to be the playground bully.

When Siaki comes out for his match he has a gigantic entrance with allot of hype and fireworks.

Tony Mamaluke v Sonny Siaki

This match was seen as more of a chance for Sonny Siaki to show of his in ring abilities to the world more than a proper match, the match was completely dominated by Siaki; Mamaluke had no offence in the match. Siaki hit numerous power moves on Mamaluke, and even though Mamaluke seemed knocked out, Siaki wouldn’t stop

Siaki hit his big 3 moves, Flip Mode, Siakiopolis and finally the Siakilypse, Mamaluke was limp, Siaki covered on got the 3 count, Siaki was celebrating in the ring and Mamaluke had to helped to the back by a number of officials.

WINNER: SONNY SIAKI

Vince Russo came to ringside, and started talking to Sonny Siaki and walked him to the backstage, talking about something, was Siaki the newest member of S.E.X.

Backstage Snuka was with Funk and Piper and was making sure the two men was on the same page for their up and coming 6 man tag team match.

Jimmy Snuka, Terry Funk and Roddy Piper v The Nasty Boys and the Honky Tonk Man

The team of the Nasty Boys and the Honky Tonk Man worked well together however Funk and Piper found it hard to work tighter, often tried to out do each other, which just ended up giving the advantage to their opponents. Snuka however seemed to get Funk and Piper on the same page, with a new game plan, Snuka would go after HTM, and Piper and Funk would go after the Nasty Boys. The plan seemed to work, Snuka brawled with the HTM on the outside.

In the ring Funk and Piper was working ass a good team against the Nasty Boys, however when both men locked in the sleeper hold to both members of the Nasty Boys, Piper and Funk argued, and brawled to the outside, Snuka tried to separate the two men, but was unsuccessful and was just pushed away, HTM then threw Snuka back into the ring where he received a double DDT from the Nasty Boys, they picked up Snuka so HTM could hit the Shake, Rattle and Roll, HTM covered and got the 3 count.

WINNERS: NASTY BOYS AND THE HONKY TONK MAN

After the match Snuka left ringside and Funk and Piper brawled to the back, Nasty Boys and the Honky Tonk Man celebrated in the ring, suddenly Dunk the Clown (Matt Borne) came down to ringside, and done his normal clown antics, the Nasty Boys caught hold of Dunk, and held him to allow HTM to smash a guitar over the head of Dunk.

As the carnage is being cleared in the ring, we go to the announcers who hype up the women’s division and the next match.

Tracy Brooks v Nora Greenwald

Nora was the more experience out of these two women, and showed her experience throughout the match, Tracy made many rookie mistakes, but she always seem to be able to bounce back, and this visibly annoyed Nora. Nora used her groundwork on Tracy, which stopped Tracy from using her speed advantage over Nora.

Nora continued to dominate and hit a northern light suplex on Tracy, but Tracy managed to kick out, however Nora kept control of the match, As Tracy started to get more and more worn out by Nora, Nora started to get ****y, Nora hit a DDT on Tracy, and then went up top and went for the Nora Bomb (Molly-go-round) Tracy moved out of the way and Nora missed the move, Tracy quickly went up top and hit the pie in the sky, and Tracy got the quick 3 count, Molly was furious that Tracy won with the move she missed.

WINNER: TRACY BROOKS

Nora grabs a microphone straight away, she says this isn’t going to end like this, next week she wants Tracy one on one.

Tracy was quick to accept the challenge

We go backstage with America’s Most Wanted, they talked about how they felt betrayed by Jeff Jarrett, and they will get their revenge, but tonight it is amount finally getting read of the Naturals once and for all.

The Naturals v America’s Most Wanted

These two teams have a lot of history with each other, and they knew what their opponents was going to do well before they did it, and that made for a very interesting match between the two teams. The four men made quick tags and the action was quick and intense.

AMW got the advantage when Chris Harris speared Andy Douglas, AMW then isolated Andy Douglas from his corner, Harris and Storm had quick tags that kept them fresh and allowed them to dominate over Douglas, many times also tricking the referee into allowing double teams take place, it wasn’t long until Steven’s got sick of this and ran in choosing a all out brawl to take place, With all 4 men in the ring brawling, it wasn’t long until the Dudley Boyz ran down to ringside and took out both the Naturals and America’s Most Wanted leaving them in a heap in the ring

WINNERS: NO CONTEST

We go backstage and we see Abyss in his locker room, we here a voice tell him that the plan will soon be revealed to the world.

Handicap Match
Rhino and Raven v Abyss, Sabu and Monty Brown

This was nothing more than a massive brawl, their was no tags, no consistency to the match at all, they brawled around ringside, in the ring, threw the crowd, Raven hit the Raven Effect on Monty brown on the ramp way taking him out of the action for a number of minutes. It then effectively turned into a tag team brawl. Raven and Rhino worked well as team, where Abyss and Sabu did not and this was a major problem.

Raven and Abyss brawled at ringside, and Rhino and Sabu brawled in the ring, Outside Monty Brown started to come back to life, once he did he and Abyss double teamed Raven, this was until Monty accidentally punched Abyss instead of Raven, this caused a massive argument on the outside between Abyss and Brown, This allowed Raven to jump into the ring and catch Sabu from behind, Raven then hit a Raven Effect on Sabu and then quickly picked up; Sabu and threw him to Rhino who hit a massive gore onto Sabu, Rhino got the cover and got the 3 count, getting what some may have considered the upset victory because of the handicap situation.

WINNERS: RHINO AND RAVEN

Rhino and Raven got out a load of weapons and was beating the hell out of Sabu, Abyss and Monty Brown ran in however they was quickly taken out by Raven and Rhino, Rhino gored Abyss though a table, and Raven hit a Raven Effect on Brown though a trash can lid, Raven and Rhyno left everyone down and out.

Backstage with go to Bret Hart, he is asked why he was at the last WPEW show, he said he was their to view the promotion he had been told was the new greatest promotion, his farther trained 3 of the owners of this company, and he knew who the weak link was and tonight he would prove it.

WPEW Canadian Title – 8 Man elimination.
Chris Jericho v Eric Young v Chris Benoit v Petey Williams v Lance Storm v Bobby Roode v Christian Cage v Alastair Ralphs

Even thought this match was a fatal 8 way, all against all, it seemed more like a 8 man texas tornado tag match. Action was going on inside and outside of the ring, Scott D’Amore tried to get involved in the match early, and however he was sent to the back by the referee to make sure that we had a clean fight.

The action started going quick with all 8 men in the ring, Jericho hit a DDT on Eric Young, Bobby Roode suplexed Jericho, Roode was superkicked by Storm, Storm went to superkick Ralphs, but missed and kicked Christian, Benoit hit a german suplex on Petey, and Ralphs powerbombed Storm, Ralphs then whipped Benoit into the ropes, knocking out the referee in the process, Benoit ducked a standing clothesline, and both men connected with a running clothesline, sending both men down and causing all 8 men and the referee to be down.

All 8 men was down, and this lead to the debut of Matt Sydal, Sydal came out with a very ****y, over the top entrance, with Sara Del Ray and Simply Luscious on each arm, Sydal got into the ring and got a microphone and told everyone how great he is, Jericho got into the ring and dropkicked Sydal out of the ring, Young started to get to his feet, and Jericho hit the bulldog, and the lionsault, however Sydal came into the ring and hit Jericho in the back with a steel chair, Jericho walked into Roode who powerbombed Jericho on a chair, with Sydal set up for Roode, Sydal got rid of the chair and revive the referee, who counted the 3 count as Sydal went to the back, Jericho managed to roll out, and then went after Sydal.

The match then turned into a 4 on 3 encounter, Team Canada was dominating Cage, Benoit and Storm, Bret Hart then come out and started cheering on Storm and Benoit, Storm and Benoit started getting a upper head over Roode, Young and Ralphs, Christian hit a DDT on Petey, as Petey was getting up Christian went back against the ropes, however Bret Hart tripped Christian, this distracted Christian long enough for Petey to hit the Canadian Destroyer on Christian, to eliminated him from the match. As Christian went to leave he got into a argument with Bret Hart, and Christian had to be dragged to the back by security, and the referee decided Bret Hart must return to the locker room.

Chris Benoit and Lance Storm seemed to be up against a losing battle, however a kick superkick on Eric Young by Storm took Young out of the action for a short while, setting it down to 3 on 2, Storm was fighting off Ralphs and Roode and Benoit hit 3 German suplex’s onto Ralphs, and Storm hit a belly to belly suplex on Roode, Benoit locked in the crossface on Ralphs, and Storm locked in the half boston crab on Roode, after a few moments both men tapped out, and we was down to 4.

Ralphs and Roode was pissed off, and Roode distracted the referee and this allowed Ralphs to clothesline Benoit out of the ring, and hit a powerbomb onto Lance Storm, Ralphs and Roode went to the back, Petey crawled into the ring slowly and covered Storm and got the 3 count, Petey then yelled at Young to throw Benoit into the ring, Petey picked up Benoit and hit the Canadian Destroyer, Petey covered Benoit, 1.2.3, we was down to two, but as soon as Petey got up, Young rolled up Petey, 1.2.3, Eric Young won the match

WINNER: AND NEW WPEW CANADIAN CHAMPION, ERIC YOUNG

D’Amore and Williams was in complete shock at Young winning the title, Petey grabbed the title, and after looking at the title for a long time, gave the title to Young

Backstage we go into Eric Bischoff’s office, we find out about 3 big matches signed for the next show,
Jazz v Jacqueline in a hardcore match
Greg Valentine v Dunk the Clown
And Jimmy Snuka, Terry Funk and Roddy Piper in a triple threat legends match.
Also the start of the WPEW World tag Team Tournament.

Rey Misterio Sr, Rock and Roll Express, Koko B Ware and Bob Backland v Midnight Express, Chavo Guerrero Sr, Jake Roberts, Greg Valentine

This match was great for the old time wrestling fans, Quick tags was made so wrestler’s wasn’t in the ring for that long, but it also allowed everyone to shine, we seen the old Midnight Express/Rock and Roll Express feud start up as the 4 men beat the living hell out of each other and brawled to the back.

This left the 6 men, Action heated up between Rey and Chavo, Koko and Roberts and Valentine squared of with Backland, the match was a classic, with all the men performing their top moves and performing the best they had in years, however it was all ruined when Harley Race came to ringside, Race was insulted all the wrestlers in the ring, this then distracted them all and allowed Vader to run in from the crowd and destroy all 6 men, Vader powerbombed them all and threw them out of the ring, except for Bob Backland, who Vader hit a massive Vader bomb onto.

WINNER: NO CONTEST

In the ring Harley Race cut a promo with Vader by his side, Race says how he was contacted by WPEW to be an advisor of the legends division, but Race’s top client in the 1990’s was never contacted, Race took it upon himself to bring the monster called Vader into WPEW, and Vader will own the legends division.

We see a hype video for the next match and the WPEW Tag Team Tournament, team’s currently in the tournament are America’s Most Wanted, The Naturals, Dudley Boyz, SAT, Briscoe’s, Nasty Boys and Alastair Ralphs & Bobby Roode.

Rottweilers (Homicide and Low Ki) v Team Japan (Ultimo Dragon and Jushin Thunder Lyger)

This was a amazing match that showed all 4 men off amazingly, the four men showed amazingly team worked and various double team move’s, During the match on commentary, Mike Tenay said that the winning team would be confirmed to compete in the up and coming tag tournament in the WPEW.

Team Japan started to get the control over their opponents, however in missing one move, Low Ki moved out of the way of a kick and hit the Ki Krusher on Ultimo Dragon, normally this would of got the 3 count, however Lyger was their to break up the pinfall, Low Ki and Homicide however dominated the match as Ultimo Dragon was in no fit shape to put up any sort of a fight, however out of no where as Low Ki was about to pick up Ultimo, Ultimo rolled up Low Ki and got a quick 3 count to get the victory.

WINNERS: TEAM JAPAN

Backstage Charlie Haas is interviewed about his up and coming match, on how he prepared for a match against a man known for destroying and knocking out his opponents, Haas says he had a very hard workout, and he doesn’t know what to expect, but he has wrestled and defeated some of the greatest superstars in the business, so whatever Joe throws at him, It will be nothing that he hasn’t seen before

Charlie Haas v Samoa Joe w/Dave Prazak

The Announcers was shocked when Dave Prazak walked down to ringside with Samoa Joe, Haas tried to use his submission and technical holds against the big man, however Samoa Joe dominated most of the match, Haas got very little offence in the match, whenever Haas started to get a little bit of offence however it was quickly cut off by Dave Prazak.

However Haas did manage to get a little flow of offence, Haas managed to hit a drop toe hold on Joe and then lock In the Haas of Pain, however Joe managed to power out of the move, this put Haas in disbelief, Prazak then distracted Haas which allowed Joe to get to his feet, when he did Haas turned around and walked right into the muscle buster by Joe, this allowed Joe to pick up the 3 count and the win

WINNER: SAMOA JOE

After the match Dave Prazak grabbed a microphone and insulted Eric Bischoff, and said he is going to bring the Bischoff administration to it’s knees

We see a video hype for the NWA World Heavyweight Champion Hulk Hogan, and a video package saying that on the April 2nd show ‘competition’ the Championship will be on the line in a steel cage match.

The Rock, Hulk Hogan and Sting v Jeff Jarrett and the Dudley Boyz w/ Vince Russo and Paul Heyman

The Dudley Boyz worked best together throughout the match because of their past experience and this was what gave the Dudleyz/Jarrett team the advantage as the Rock/Hogan/Sting team threw each other’s timing of throughout the match, Jarrett tried to stay out of the match, The Dudleyz had a strategy, isolate one man, the Rock, however when the Rock managed to tag in the man they call Sting, The team of Sting, Hogan and Rock started to gain control of the match, and it wasn’t helped by Jeff Jarrett refusing to get into the match.

It wasn’t long until S.E.X. (except CM Punk) came to ringside, however this brought down the enemies of S.E.X (Abyss, AMW, Naturals, Sabu, Monty Brown) Hogan, Sting and The Dudleyz got involved in the massive brawl at ringside, this distracted the referee and this allowed CM Punk to come though the crowd, and hit The Rock to the back of the head with a steel chair, This allowed Jarrett to pick up The Rock and hit the Stroke, Jarrett covered, 1.2.3.

WINNERS: JEFF JARRETT AND THE DUDLEY BOYZ

After the match Jarrett and S.E.X. quickly head to the back, in the ring The Rock grabs a microphone and promises CM Punk a surprise tonight that he will never forget.

We head backstage to a pre-taped interview CM Punk had earlier in the day with Mike Tenay, Punk talks about his career, and how much he has wanted to be a world champion, he accomplished that when he was Ring Of Honor world champion, but now he wants to be world champion on a bigger level and this is his one chance.

We return to ringside to see the cage lowered and the announcers hyping up the up and coming triple threat match.

WPEW World Title – Cage Match
CM Punk v AJ Styles v Christopher Daniels

Styles and Daniels started the match in a two on one beat down on CM Punk for revenge for his actions on the last show, however it soon broke down and AJ and Daniels turned on each other. All 3 men went out it, and it wasn’t long before the blood started to flow, AJ Styles dropkicked CM Punk into the centre of the cage, Punk was busted upon and both Styles and Daniels knew this was the best time to try and get the victory, both men tried to hit their signature moves, but eventually it was Daniels who managed to hit the last rites on AJ, 1.2. AJ just got a shoulder up, Daniels threw AJ into the corner and then went after Punk, it seemed that Daniels was going to be the early dominator, however Punk was ready for Daniels, Punk low blowed Daniels, placed Daniels onto the top and hit a Pepsi Plunge, 1.2. AJ just managed to make the save. AJ and Punk brawled for a bit, Punk managed to knock AJ down, and Punk started to climb the cage, which to many people seemed pointless as the match can only be won by Pinfall or submission, but Punk had a plan, AJ followed Punk, but again Punk was waiting for AJ, Punk got the advantage over AJ, Punk then hit a amazing Pepsi Plunge of the top of the cage, AJ got busted open big time by the move, and the referee was freaking out in the ring, worried AJ may have a broken neck, Punk however rolled AJ into a cover, but Daniels just managed to break it up, However AJ was still not moving, Daniels and Punk fought, with Punk getting the upper hand, Punk threw Daniels head first into the cage, and then moved his head across the cage wire, this cut Daniels open and all 3 men was bleeding. AJ was still not moving, and by this point the referee was highly worried for the safety of AJ Styles and called down EMT’s who carrier AJ to the back on a stretcher. This left us down to Punk and Daniels for the WPEW World Title, Punk locked a Devil Lock on Daniels, and Daniels was so close to tapping out but Daniels just managed to get to the ropes, as their was no DQ, Punk knew he did not have to break the hold, but he would not be able to get the tap out, so Punk did the smart thing and let go of the hold, Punk dragged Daniels into the centre of the ring and went to cover Daniels, but Daniels rolled up Punk, Daniels only got a 2 count and Punk popped out he was pissed, he started stomping on the head of Daniels, making the cut a lot worse, however the cut on Punk’s head was starting to take its toll on Punk and the blood loss was starting to make Punk go dizzy, Punk however tried to keep control, Punk picked up Daniels, and lifted him up for the brain buster, however in the air Daniels reversed it into a DDT, Daniels then went on to hit the B.M.E. however he only managed to get a 2 count as Punk got his shoulder up, Daniels this time went for the Arabian Press, but Punk rolled out of the way, and both men was down, and the canvas was covered in blood. Punk started it crawl to the door, begging to be let out, Daniels then took advantage of this with a knee to the back of Punk. Daniels hit a reverse DDT on Punk, Daniels covered however again only got a 2 count, Daniels went on the offence on Punk, however Punk reversed a powerbomb attempt into a hurricanrana, with this the offence quickly changed, and with a DDT Daniels was down for the count, however Punk wanted to win the match with the pepsi plunge, Punk put Daniels on the top rope, however Daniels started to fight back, and Punk in the end hit a superplex on Daniels, This lead to AJ Styles returning, AJ climbed to the top of the cage and hit the spiral tap on Daniels, Punk got up and threw AJ into the cage, Punk the covered Daniels to win the WPEW World Title

WINNER: CM PUNK

After the match the cage was lifted, and AJ and Daniels was helped to the back, Punk was celebrating in the ring, until the most electrifying man in Sports Entertainment came out, he said he had promised a surprise for Punk, and the surprise was CM Punk’s chance to become a major star, his chance to become a household name, a chance to face The Rock, one on one in the middle of the ring.

CM Punk quickly got a microphone from ringside and told the Rock, that he has other things in mind for the immediate future, and that tonight was just business, he meant nothing by it.

Eric Bischoff quickly came out and said the idea of The Rock v CM Punk was amazing and that he loved it, better yet next week it will be the Rock one on one with CM Punk for CM Punk, Rock made gestures that the title was coming home with him next week and a bloody CM Punk looked scared as the show went of the air.

Also many people have wondered why the NWA Title is still being used in WPEW, apparently, NWA has rented out the NWA World Title to WPEW, for 6 months, so the NWA World Title will be apart of WPEW until the end of July.

Reports are suggesting that WPEW is after many big names for the WPEW Competition show, that will run head to head with Wrestlemania, WPEW is currently hoping to get a PPV deal in the USA by April 2nd, but nothing is confirmed, however in Canada, Mexico, Europe, Japan and the UK, WPEW is doing very well, however they are of course missing out the strongest market, which they will need if they want to make a impact in the world of wrestling.

Jerry Lawler confirmed on his website, that WPEW is very interested in him, and would like him to be apart of a massive feud in the legends division, currently the two sides are discussing possible idea's, as well as the status of Lawler#s current WWE contract, as Lawler is on a Pay Per Appaerance contract, he is open to leave at any time.

OOC - i would like it some more poeple would comment, if you like it say what you like, if you don't like it say what you don't like, just people plz comment lol

I liked the Main Event of the last show very much. And not just the outcome, it was very well written mate. You should be proud. However just one little problem I have is that the layout is fine except you should maybe bold the match headers and the winners so that you clearly define where a match starts and where another begins. Surprised to see Jarrett's team win the six man tag match too. Shame I suck with the predictions :p

This is bolded for one Lucas Jackson lol

Here's a reply for you Craig. Personally, I comment on certain diaries. DOTT stuff, and cornellverse as out mark out for those. I really don't comment on some of the mainstays stuff as it is really quite exceptional, most of what I would have to say goes without saying. I do however follow many diaries, including this one from a closet.

I would have commented sooner, but I rarely comment on real world diaries aside from DOTT.

All that having been said, I like this diary. I think it would be a bit easier on the eyes if you included and indicator of where matches end, and begin. Also, what kind of ratings are you getting?

Other than that... Good stuff! I'm interested in where you go with this new Legends division, so I'll be quietly watching.

yeh i did notice myself while reading the last show coz i needed to check a few stuff that i could bold winners, and i will in future.

i think i will put ratings in the future, however i have had some bad ratings for the last show as it was cutting edge, even though thats what the promotion is i am testing it in Sports Entertainment, when i get a realistic ratings, i shall post them (is that cheating :S) lol

and i'll tell you now you should be interested in th elegends division, as it is the only part of the company i have no idea what to do from show to show, where i do with everything esle, so you should get some interesting situations arise.

thank you for your comment, and if anyone else wants to tell me how purly amazing this is, go right ahead, lol

Rock and Roll Express v Midnight Express

These two teams possibly have had the greatest tag team rivalry though out the history of wrestling, the offence changed though out the match and both teams controlled the match equally. The Midnight Express done many old school heel tactics, while the Rock and Roll express done your old school face tactics.

The Rock and Roll Express isolated Stan Lane, this made Bobby Eaton angry, which ended up giving the Rock and Roll express a bigger advantage, Rock and Roll Express had many quick tags and got many near falls on Lane. Eaton distracted the referee and the Rock and Roll Express, this allowed former Midnight Express manager Jim Cornette to run down to ringside and throw in a tennis racket to Stan lane, Lane used it on both Rock and Roll Express members, hit Robert Gibson in the back of the head sending him to the outside, as Ricky Morton turned around he was hit with a tennis racket to the head, Lane covered and got the 3 count

After the match the Midnight Express continued to beat down on the Rock and Roll Express, The Nasty Boyz then came to ringside followed by their manager Jimmy Hart, the Nasty Boyz then went on and helped the Midnight Express destroy the Rock and Roll Express ahead of their triple threat tag match next week, after the beat down had taken place, in the ring, Jimmy Hart and Jim Cornette shook hands with a smile on their faces, seemingly glad their plan worked out as they had hoped.

We go backstage and we see Jacqueline, talking to someone as she was leaving her locker room for her up and coming hardcore match against Jazz.

Hardcore Match
Jazz v Jacqueline

This match was a lot more stiff their there encounter the previous week, and the women was not afraid at all the bring out the weapons, Jazz brought out a trash can lid and hit Jacqueline with it a few times, Jazz hit a DDT onto the trash can lid, but Jacqueline managed to get her shoulder up at a 2 count, Jazz went outside of the ring and grabbed a table as well as a trash can and threw them into the ring, Jazz picked up the trash can ready to hit Jacqueline, however Jacqueline hit a drop top hold on Jazz, causing her to drop the trash can and lead head first onto the canvas.

Jazz managed to once again regain control of the match up, Jacqueline tried a few times to gain control of the match up but the attempts was failed by Jazz, Jazz continued to dominate Jacqueline, Jacqueline was almost out of it, when Jazz set up the table, ready to finish the match, however Nattie Neidhart made her WPEW return and got a small measure of revenge on Jazz by hitting a back suplex on Jazz though the table, Nattie got Jacqueline to sit on the top rope, Nattie then positioned the trash can as well as Jazz for Jacqueline to hit the tornado DDT onto the trash can, Jacqueline made the cover, 1.2.3, Jacqueline got the win thanks to a massive help from Nattie Neidhart.

WPEW Tag Team Tournament, Round 1

These three teams set the place on fire and showed what tag team wrestling is truly all about. There was a lot of quick tags between the three teams, however the Dudleyz had the smartest game plan and tried to stay in the match, the Dudleyz dominated over AMW and the Naturals,

AMW and the Naturals came up with a game plan and 4 on 2 attacked the Dudleyz, AMW hit a Death Sentence on Bubba, and The Naturals hit a Natural Disaster on D-von, sending both Dudleyz to the outside, AMW and the Naturals brawled into the ring, until the Dudleyz regain their dominance, and took out both AMW and the Naturals, the Dudleyz then went on and hit the 3-D on Chase Stevens, D-von got the cover, 1.2.3.

We go to ringside and Dunk the clown is performing some of his antics to the live fans.

Greg Valentine w/Jimmy Hart v Dunk The Clown

This was a average wrestling match between two great veterans, Valentine held the advantage for most of the match, however Dunk did get good amount of offence in to make the contest seem fairly even, Valentine, used many submissions to where down Dunk, Valentine also used a few suplex moves to wear down Dunk, Dunk however did manage to recover and did reverse a Powerbomb attempt into a hurricanrana.

Valentine hit the bionic elbow, and then locked in the figure 4 leg lock, and it seemed the end for Dunk, however Dunk got onto his stomach reversing the pressure and it was the start for Dunk to gain some dominance in the match. Dunk kept a control over Valentine until Hart distracted the referee, this allowed the Nasty Boys and the Honky Tonk Man to come to ringside, the Nasty Boys grabbed hold of Dunk and HTM hit him with a guitar while Hart was still distracting Steamboat, HTM put Valentine over Dunk, which allowed to Greg Valentine getting the 3 count.

Danielson looked amazing in this match, he dominated Sabin for most of the match, Danielson used many variations of the suplex on Sabin, and however Danielson couldn’t put Sabin down for a quick 3 count. Danielson hit a huge brainbuster on Sabin, Danielson seemed not to of learnt his lesson from last week and celebrated the victory before he even got it, this allowed Sabin to roll up Danielson, however Danielson managed to kick out at a 2 count.

This made Danielson snap and sent him in control of the match, Danielson was in complete control of the match, Danielson hit a regal suplex followed by a diving head butt from the top rope, fitting a prone Sabin on the canvas, Danielson locked in the Cattle Mutilation on Sabin, which caused Sabin to tap out and Danielson to get his first victory in WPEW.

Bentley grabbed a microphone and challenged Hyson to match right now

Hyson ran into the ring and accepted the challenge and the match started immediately

Matt Hyson w/Nora Greenwald v Matt Bentley w/Tracy Brooks

This impromptu match was quite impressive display from both Hyson and Bentley, Brooks was still showing her injuries from her 2 on 1 beat down, Both Bentley and Hyson looked very impressive in the match Bentley however was distracted a lot from the interference from Nora Greenwald, as well as was first to go out to save Tracy when Nora attacked her on the outside.

Hyson took this chance to dominate Bentley, and went for an acid drop, but Bentley reversed and hit a back suplex on Hyson. Bentley then continued to dominate the match, and hit a superkick on Hyson, on the outside Nora threw Tracy into the steel steps, this caused the referee to go out and check on Tracy, this allowed Nora to get into the ring and distract Bentley, until Hyson was up and ready and hit a low blow on Bentley, Hyson hit a acid bomb, and Nora went and threw the referee into the ring to count the 3 count, and give Hyson his first victory in WPEW.

Matt Sydal showed an amazing ton of athleticism in the match, whenever Cage tried to get the advantage Sydal would role to the outside and receive so TLC from either Sara Del Ray or Simply Luscious. The Head Hunters also had no problems with illegally getting involved in the match. However Cage put up an amazing fight, managing to take out Sydal and the Head Hunters. Piper and Funk continued to brawl around ringside, and it was evident that the rivalry between the two men as completely heating up, Snuka was still down in the ring from the double team. Funk and Piper then brawled to the backstage area, the referee had no idea what to do, the referee then started a 10 count, and as Piper and Funk never returned to the ring, the referee had no choice to award the match to Jimmy Snuka

This match was an amazing display of the type of wrestlers Canada provides the world, Team Canada dominated the match in the early going with their amazingly display of dominance, however the Stampede Bulldogs did manage to over come that and use their speed and slight power to over come Ralphs and Roode with Smith hitting a bulldog slam on Roode and Wilson hitting a hurricanrana sending Ralphs out of the ring.

This lead to Benoit and Storm’s chance to dominate the match Benoit hit a belly to belly release suplex on Wilson and Storm followed up with a moonsault, Smith then got in the face of Storm, and as a result received a superkick for his trouble’s, he staggered back into Benoit who hit 3 german suplex and a bridge, lucky enough Roode and Ralphs got into the ring to break up the pinfall, and brawl ensued between the two teams, and Benoit and Storm got the better when Benoit locked Ralphs in the crossface and Storm locked Roode in the Canadian maple leaf to get a double submission victory

The Rock dominated most of the match, CM Punk tried to avoid being in the ring with The Rock whenever possible, The Rock however overcome this by punching both men laying them out on the outside. Rock dominated over CM Punk, without Punk getting in much offence, however as the Rock seemed ready to take out Punk, Dave Prazak and Samoa Joe came to ringside, Prazak laid a verbal attack on Eric Bischoff on the outside, Joe then walked towards Bischoff as if he was going to attack the General manager, this lead the Rock to go to the outside and stare down The Rock, neither Joe or Rock moved until officials ran down to ringside to send Joe to the back, as Rock got back into the ring Punk rolled up Rock and got a 2 count, Rock was angered by this and hit the Rock Bottom on Punk, followed by the People’s Elbow, Rock went for the cover, however on the outside Heyman had attacked Bischoff and the referee was trying to defuse the situation, this allowed Jeff Jarrett to came though the crowd and hit the Stroke on the Rock, Jarrett put Punk over the Rock and went to the outside, when the referee went back into the ring, he made the count, and gave the victory to CM Punk

Good last show, the new layout really works and is much easier to read. A solid ME, and surprising to see the rating that it got considering they didn't click. But sometimes that's a good thing? Anyways onwards with our next predictions heh?

Rottiwelleirs and havana Pitbulls
Nidia- I have always had a soft spot for her, and not just because she's hot ;)

Jazz and Gail Kim- I don't know the Nattie bitch :p
Nasty Boys- nasty!!!
???, Monty Brown and Sabu- RVD could be the surprise person here? Just thinking cos of Sabu.
AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels
Lance Storm and Chris Benoit- this is a solid team whereas the Dudleyz are old.
Tracy Brooks and Matt Bentley- couldn't care less.
Sonny Siaki- have him kill Evans please.
Rey Misterio Sr and Chavo Guerrero Sr
SAT
Christian Cage- more over/talented of the three. Should be a good match.
Amazing Red
Charlie Haas and WPEW Canadian Champion Eric Young- Roode sucks.
Sting
???- I have no idea who these will be at all, so dont even ask.
Hulk Hogan- I still feel sorry for Hogan after the beating he took at show 1 :(
Jeff Jarrett- you seem to be making a habit of jobbing Rock.

****ing massive card man. Not all of its good though. I reckon you'll get the best ratings out of the triple threat match between Cage/Lynn/Williams so that will be the MOTN in my opinion.

Gracias,

[Lucas Jackson]

The Rock w/ Eric Bischoff v Jeff Jarrett w/ Vince Russo

With everyone from S.E.X. banned from ringside, it seemed liked like the Rock would have a fair chance, Rock dominated Jarrett in the early going of the match, Bischoff stopped Russo on the outside from interfering in the match, Jarrett tried to use heel tactics to gain the advantage in the match, however Rock mostly over came them,

As the match went further on Rock mostly seemed to be in firm control of the match, As Rock hooked Jarrett up for the rock bottom Jarrett hit numerous elbows in to the head of Rock, Jarrett them threw the Rock into the referee seemingly by accident, Jarrett ran into the Rock while eh was checking on the referee, but the Rock hit a spine buster on Jarrett, the Rock then seemed ready to hit the people’s elbow. Prazak and Samoa Joe came down to ringside, Prazak and Bischoff got into a argument at ringside and Prazak pushed down Eric Bischoff, in the Ring Joe stared down the Rock, stopping him from doing the Rock Bottom, Joe and Rock started down in the ring, Joe slapped the Rock, and the Rock responded with a couple of slaps, followed by ‘laying the smackdown’ on Joe. But this only staggered Joe, Rock went for a clothesline, which again only staggered Joe, rock tried again with the same affect, Rock tried for a third time, however Joe caught the Rock and hit the Muscle Buster on the Rock, Joe left the ring and he and Prazak looked on from the top of the ramp way, Jarrett crawled over to the Rock as the referee came around, and made the 3 count

WINNER: JEFF JARRETT(A*)

After the match Eric Bischoff grabbed a microphone, Bischoff challenge Joe to a match on behalf of the Rock, Bischoff makes the stipulation that if the Rock win’s the Dave Prazak is fired

Dave Prazak accepts the challenge on behalf of Samoa Joe, on the condition he will be General Manager for the first show in May, and Eric Bischoff agrees.

Liking the new layout still and glad to see you're not wasting time on the dark matches, makes it seem better. Kamala teaming with Vader is awesome. They were great characters and workers for their day. But are you planning on starting a legends division because you are gaining quite a few?

Main Event was good, though I think The Rock needs to get out of his losing streak of his :p

Also suprised to see Hogan job to Punk, very surprised. Nice

Competition looks ****ing awesome dude, keep it up :)

EDIT: You are starting a legends division which is ****ing awesome in my books. Go you!

Gracias,

[Lucas Jackson]
