So here's a new version of the MCD data. Only note, and I really dont want to hear about it, NXT wont be in the data until I think of a good way to incorporate it. At this point, I've bumped the overness of the NXT rookies so if one is so inclined they are easily called up and able to be thrust onto the main roster.

Also note, please check the resource threads I've linked at the bottom of this page. Mod Makers, Graphic Makers, & those who just want to enjoy all need each other, check out peoples works, say thank you, and give credit where its due.

Next on the clock to do is expand the data and continue filling it out in various areas. I plan on adding random free agents in various spots until I get inspired to add a promotion. The next promotion I've been toying with adding, in my head only mind you, is Mach-1 Wrestling which is what seems to be a new feeder system type promotion for TNA. Extreme Canadian Championship Wrestling is also on my list of "to adds" but I rather just start filling out the data with random wrestlers that interest me, then if it comes to pass that a promotion has a nearly complete roster already in the data, its easy to add them and the handful of workers it would take to make them playable.

I could really use help with Mexico. If there's a Lucha Expert who wants to do stats and such for AAA &/or CMLL that would be terrific.

I always find your stats are the closest to my opinions for RW current day mods MrCanada. I'll def give this a run when I'm done editing! Any data you need from my mods feel free to use also, more then happy to support this mod anyway I can :)

PS - If I hear one "Your stats are wayz too low, Jeff Hardy is B+ on the mic in this thread I will rage for you :p "

Thanks buddy boy! Is the pic pack uploading now? Should I wait to start my game?

I just uploaded people for now. All other logos should pretty much be out there already (bobinc put a big picture pack up on his site I gave him download that + my new people pack and it should give you a good base, only thing that may be missing is event logos and such, but those can be found in some of the resource threads)

EDIT:

Also remember all my pics are assigned simply as a workers name. Randy Orton's pic is Randy Orton.jpg. None of this RandyOrton_12-superstevegfx.jpeg some other mods get cramped with. So assuming you have a big pick pack already most workers should have a picture somewhere.

First off thanks for all your work and Great job on this. After first look at CZW i noticed somethings that need added/adjusted.

Create Mike Burns and Make Him CZW Booker (My fault i did'nt have him in the data i sent you just found out he was booking CZW again a few days ago)
Add Drew Gulak
Lower TJ Cannons flying to a C-
Add Kylie Pearce
Add Rich Swann
Add Ryan Slater
Add thurteen
Add Dewey Donovan
Add Billy Gram
Add Rodney Rush
Add Maven Bentley
Add Lobo (CZW needs a road agent)
Maybe raise Samia Calihans brawling from a D to a D+
Ruckus should be Face
Devon Moore should be Heel
Ego Fantasico should be Face
Kirby & TJ Mack should be Faces
Ryan Mcbride should be Face
Thumbtack Jack should be Face
Add a team for Bandido Jr. & Azriel
Renamed the Devon Moore and Drew Blood tag team to "Notorious Inc."
Add the Switchblade Conspiracy team (Moxley and Calihan)
The Cult Fiction stable should be Billy Gram, Brain Damage and JC Bailey. No Necro Butcher.
BLKOUT should be made inactive
Add The team Irish Driveby (Ryan McBride and Rich Swann)
Update Drake Youngers profile he isn't CZW champ anymore.
Set Nate hatred to occasionally wrestler, he wrestles very sporadically.
Jon Moxley and DJ Hyde Need Movesets

So that won't protest to dangerous matchs and bumps i suggest raising the Drive and Liberal stat of the following

Drake Younger
Adam Polak
Brain Damage
DJ Hyde
Eddie Kingston
Jon Moxley
Justice Pain
Kirdy & TJ Mack
Nate Hatred
Necro Butcher
Nick Gage
Sami Calihan
Sabian
Scotty Vortez
Thumbtack Jack

Some styles that need changed

B-Boy & Joker should be Puro ,Brawler or Regular as they rarely fly so cruiserweight doesn't suit them.
Sabian isn't all that spotty and has a decent technical game so i think a junior or a Cruiserweight style suits him better
Sami Callihan probably should be a regular wrestler

Ha, just want to say i'm not hating on the mod just trying to get CZW set up the best it can be. Thats all on first look, i'll fix it on my end and start a game and post anything else i find while playing. thanks again for making this dude.

MrCanada

cool. Working through it, and I'll likely up an updated CZW data in a bit.

Any idea what the Moxticity is? Jon Moxley's finisher?

XxFutureLegend112xX
03-04-2010, 05:46 AM
Cool, i'm lazy i didn't feel like going through and updating it myself lol.

I've seen the Moxicity but i can't remember what it is excaltly though, just set it as an impact move.

a few other things that i think needs changed

Sabian deserves at least a D or D* in technical skills, He has really been working on them the last few years.
B-Boy should maybe have C* brawling overall or atleast in the puro stat
Eddie Kingstons rumble skills need upped a bit as its his specialty and hes pretty good at it ;), also i'd up his mic skills the guy puts such heart and emotion in to his promos. maybe his psychology also to D* .
Zandig still appears for CZW on the there videowires so maybe add him as a road agent?
Nick Gage should maybe have a C for Brawling

Note - Also i'm thinking maybe Chris Hero should have a C* in brawling as hes improved his Striking a lot the last year or so.

uploaded an updated data. I havnt imported any more of your workers (even the ones you mentioned) simply because I dont want to right now. haha. Expect them in the next release however, which will likely be right after WrestleMania.

However the new data does have a bonus....

Some More Notes
theres a "[]" in Super Smash Bros team name.
XOMGX needs added to CZW
Add The Naptown Dragons Tag Team (Scotty Vortez & XomgX)
Add TV Show CZW Wired TV! (B Show) and its broadcaster Hybrid Entertainment TV!
Maybe up Sami Callihans, Jon Moxleys, Devon Moores & Thumbtack Jacks overness a bit
Lower Jon Dahmers & DJ Hydes Overness (Dahmer neeeds to be no higher then a lower midcarder as he never wrestles in higher card matches)
Samoa Joe Should Be Face
Matt Morgan Should Be Heel
Abyss Needs a gimmick
Add The Beautiful People Tag Team (Madison Rayne & Velvet Sky)
Add a Tag Team For Hall and Waltman
Add a Tag Team for ash and Young
Kevin Nash Should be Face
Jeff Jarrett Should Be Face
Eric Young Should be Face
Rob Terry Should Be Face

These are some changes i'd make on styles, just my opinion :).
Homicide is More of a Brawler or Regular wrestler then Spot Monkey.
Elijah Burke Should maybe be a Regular Wrestler
Team 3D should maybe be brawls instead of regular wrestlers
Kevin Nash should may be a Entertainer or Brawler
Kurt Angle is a pretty versatile wrestler, may make him a regular wrestler?
Scott Hall is more of an Entertainer now a days
Abyss should be Brawler
In my opinion Japanese Junior or Regular Wrestler would suit Daniels better
Robert Roode maybe should be a Regular Wrestler
Tomko should be a Brawler

Some CZW Events to add (numbers are the next show numbers)
Night of Infamy (9) (November)
Down With The Sickness (September)
Anniversary Show (12) (Feb)
Deja Vu (5) (August)
High Stakes (5) (Jan)

The World Elite is done then as well?

Yea, Hall & Waltman turned on Nash and Young Came out to help Nash. I believe the world elite has been basically dead since Hogan came in. While Morgan hasn't fully turned heel, he has been showing a very ****y heelish attitude.

yea, I knew all that. But with TNA you never really know who's face and who's heel. Makes it a bitch to mod, haha.

Thanks for the feedback though. The more pointed out wrong, the more I can correct, which equals better data. Especially all this stuff which is just little details.

ROH Notes

Notes
I believe Petey Williams is done with the company
maybe boost Davey Richard rumble up to C* he is a pretty good striker

Possible Styles Changes (Again just my opinion)
Tyler Black to Regular Wrestler
Erick Stevens to Brawler
Eddie Edwards to Japanese Junior or Regular Wrestler
Davey Richards to Puro, Regular Wrestler or Japanese Junior
Chris Hero to Puro
Austin Aries to Regular

Other Notes
Kaz should be Kazarian
Jimmy Hart should be added to TNA

DX is most definetly broken up at this point I'd imagine.

Also, MizShow are Unified tag champs.

Also, small thing, the mod starts in April, bypassing WrestleMania. Probably want to crank that puppy back to March.

O, and Glenn Gilberti's age is wrong, should be born in 1968.

MrCanada
03-04-2010, 11:55 AM
last updated version of this data I'll be putting out. The ShowMiz thing doesnt fly in my book! haha. Some new free agents in there too as a bit of bonus (Randy Savage, Molly Holly, Ivory, Ernest Miller, & Jonathan Coachman)

03-04-2010, 12:03 PM

Vladimir to Brawler
Dolph Ziggler to Regular Wrestler
The Miz to Regular Wrestler
Undertaker to Regular Wrestler
Kofi Kingston to Regular Wrestler or something besides spot monkey
Carlito to Regular Wrestler
John Morrison to Regular Wrestler

TNA Wrestling has parted ways with Traci Brooks as she was released by the company this morning. Details regarding her departure have yet to be disclosed. Brooks had been with the company since 2003.

be great if you could add on the WWE Royal Rumble History and WWE King Of the Ring History, WWE Money In The Bank History....apart from that awesome mod and data

darkfire423
03-04-2010, 02:07 PM
Shimmer Ring Annoucer Joey Eastman is a Manager of The Sheik in NWA. Really outside of Shimmer and Some ROH dates he is mainly a Manager.

you really should add him to the data

brother YASSHI - Has Left the Biz. he is doing mma now
Lord Humongous - Really should be as Gunner Eudy with Lord Humongous as a Alter ego, his age is really 16/17 not 29. If you see him without the mask he looks very much like a kid.
The Sandman - retired last year. doesnt wrestle anymore. Apperances yes, wrestle no.
Vader - He has lost alot of weight. I say he Heavyweight anymore. Clearly not a Super, maybe big. He is right around 300 i say
Sabu - Maybe semi active

Maybe add Vader Son Jesse White. He not as skilled but has only been pro since late Last year.

Does Donald trump really need to be in?

I would add AAW from the chicago area, they are one of the top Indies in the states now. I am really ****ing sick of the tri-state and west coast bias of all mods.

Also if you need any help with Japan, i will offer my hand. I stop watching most american promtions years ago. Before WCW closed.

MrCanada
03-04-2010, 05:32 PM
Jesse White is already in the data, but hasnt debut. To my knowledge he is still training with his father (which he started in July 2009)

Lord Humongous' myspace page says 29.

darkfire423

Lord Humongous' myspace page says 29.

I know a few promoters in SoIL, and Kentucky. He is a 17 at the most. Heck my Niece has her age as 45 on myspace. Keep in mind if you are under 18 your myspace profile is set to private. Also look at the ages of his friends. Outside of wrestelrs they are in their mid-teens. So either he is 29 and like 15 year old kids to hang out with or he is 16/17. But he is working as Humongous. he wouldnt be the first who like his women young.

Sorry i dont know how i missed Jesse White. I must shorted by active.

Shimmer

Kimberly Kash - Remove / Retired
I would remove cherry Bomb - She worked 1 pre show match and hasnt been back since.

I will go into more detail about the shimmer roster. If you ever watched a Shimmer DVD I am there. same spot each taping.

NWA
Head Booker of NWA is David Marquez / basiclly since Pearce is ROH Booker
Really without David Marquez there is now NWA TV show. How he can be left out the DB is insane.

NJPW
Add
Masato Tanaka
Jon Anderson (as Strong Man his CMLL gimmick - not in data)
Tomoaki Honma (Missing from Data)
Tomohiro Ishii (Missing from Data)

Remove
Masahiro Chono (gone Freelance)
Kota Ibushi isnt full time NJPW

Stables
Legend and Rise are no more
Mitsuhide Hirasawa has join Blue Justice Army

NOAH
They should have E in Momentom. The company hasnt recovered from Misawa death.
Kobashi is out hurt. He is leaning to retirement becuase of Misawa death.
Jun Akiyama has stated he is going to retire this year.
Jun Akiyama shoulder is really just gone i would lower his psyichal

Remove
Jushin Liger
Yuji Ajima
Minoru Suzuki (He was one show all the last tour, 2 for the whole year. ROH has guys who have done more shows and not on ROH roster)

I would add both NJPW, and AJPW dojos.

Clearly they are better then the NOAH Dojo. NOAH gets fame for Go, rest of their grads arent to the level of AJPW or NJPW Dojo's, also NJPW/AJPW puts out students every year (atleast 1 or so). NOAH hasnt really since their 2008 class.mainly due to injuries and Misawa death the Dojo has become secondary

Really Darkfire? I got SHIMMER Vols 8, 20, 21, 23, 24 & 25. I've probably seen you, lol.

Data looks solid, the only thing is a REALLY minor thing. SHIMMER doesn't actually have thier own school, it's just a division of the ROH Academy. They use the same place and Daizee just trains the girls while Delirious trains the guys...but the way it is works.

NicoTheUnique
03-05-2010, 08:08 AM
You need to add The WWE Hall of Fame Ring as a tittle in TNA, since it seems to be the main focus of iMPACT, since wolfe wants it, flair wants it and Abyss has it...

EddieFnG
03-05-2010, 09:14 AM
It's the pro wrestling hall of fame ring, not WWE.

I'm pretty sure I've seen the WWE logo on that ring, right in the middle of the face/jewel.

Kofi Kingston to Regular Wrestler or something besides spot monkey

A spot monkey is someone who goes from one move to the next without any psychology to the moves. Which is easily most of the WWE roster. The matches are basically just choreographed moves where they're taking a bump, bouncing to their feet for the next bump and not telling any kind of story. I'm sure many will take offense to this, and probably disagree, but that's basically what the WWE product is. Not to say that TNA is any better, but there's probably only 5 or so people on that roster who could actually call a match in the ring.

Hi!

Thanks for great work Mr. Canada. My english is not very good, but i hope erveryone could understand me :-)
A few weeks ago i downloaded February Mod. Great work and i played al lot to understand the game. A few days now i´m waiting for the new March mod to really start a game. Now i´m happy that this mod is uploaded an i want to download ist. Biut i can´t!? Could you reupp please or give any Informations whrer i can download it?

And: For you´re next update i could give you Informations about Nu-Wrestling Evolution (NWE) which is an Italian professional wrestling promotion, Originally known as "Nu-Wrestling", the company was first used to round up the best of wrestling within Italy. In 2005, however, American wrestling star Kishi redeveloped it into an actual independent promotion, using his connections to bring in top name American workers. NWE would also be known for using many workers from the British wrestling circuit, who compete on regular tours with NWE.

I need help to download and i give help :-) Good Deal?

Morley finished up with TNA at the company's last television taping where he pinned Jeff Jarrett in a Falls Count Anywhere Match in the backstage area. The former WWE Intercontinental Champion wrote on his Facebook account that his departure was due to accepting dates in Mexico.

I wont be including joke titles. Such as The Money in the Bank or the "WWE Hall of Fame". Thery cant be simmed in the game and as such serve no purpose. I will be adding king of the ring however.

Does anyone know if Jeff Hardy is still under some type of contract with TNA? I assumed not, but lately whenever you hear Hogan or Dixie talk about the stars in TNA, they always say Hardy.... So, maybe he should be left on a contract in TNA? I dont know, just wondering what others thought or knew....

TNA itself. They haven't confirmed that's what it is. But they posted a video with JB making a HUGE deal out of the first 5 minutes.

This data is brilliant.

Just had to say it again, runs like a dream.

I'd put Roddy Piper, Ted Dibiase Sr. and Sharmell on hiatus to avoid strange hirings. Those three in particular seem to always sign for a puro fed or a promotion like EVOLVE.

MrC you can just add some "Hiring Rules" to those feds to avoid them hiring those workers. That way they're still available to users, a greatnew addition for TEW '10. Probably already know to do this thought I'd mention it just in case might've overlooked it :)

Jeff Hardy is under contract to TNA. TNA have given him time to take care of his legal issues, hence the reason you haven't seen him since the Jan 4th show.

I'm convinced he's doing jail time. If he is on TV before the next release he'll obviously be on their roster. More then likely, I'll end up creating an injury called JAIL TIME and have him set there for 3-5 years.

I have a lot of stuff relating to NWA Anarchy and some workers who work various promotions in the Southeast. Also, have a few odds and ends with regards to other workers that I am acquainted with personally.

Some of this should be in there. Will try to breakdown the individual workers as I am able.

Current NWA Anarchy Roster

NWA Anarchy Heavyweight Championship Shadow Jackson
NWA National Heavyweight Championship Phill Shatter
NWA Anarchy Television Championship Carpice Coleman
NWA Anarchy Tag Team Championship Talent & Money (JT Talent & Andrew Pendelton III
NWA Anarchy Young Lions Championship BJ Han****

Mikal Judas (aka Mikal Adryan)
Kimo The Assassin
Jeremy Vain
Orion Bishop
Skirra Corvus
Azrael
Shaun Tempers
Tank
Slim J
The New Wave (Derrick Driver and Steven Walters)
Stryknyne
Jason Blackman
Don Matthews
Ace Rockwell
Truitt Fields
Andrew Alexander
Mr. Black
Mike Mosley
Jay Clinton
Seth Delay
Brodie Chase
Kareem Abdul Jamar
The Ambassadors (Jacoby Boykins & Marcus Howard) (Howard use to be in NWA Wildside as Sweet Dreams)
B.J. Han****
Adryan Hawkins
Bo Newsome
Aiden Chambers
Jeff G. Bailey
"The Reverned" Dan Wilson (he is out with "an injury")

Melissa Coats - Coates doesn't work full time with Anarchy because of its lack of a women's division. As I understand it, she still works for them periodically in a "special attraction" type manner.

Jesse Neal made an appearance with Anarchy at the 2-20-10 taping. I assume this was a one time deal but it's very well known that Anarchy has had a very healthy relationship with TNA in the past.

Iceberg is technically gone from not only Anarchy but from wrestling. He had a retirement match and a fairwell match (under his real name) late last year. He retired due to injuries and health reasons. I have it on very good authority though that he may still do a show or two as he is able. I strongly suspect that one of those shows will be the annual DragonCon show.

A few names that were working with Anarchy recently but have not been at recent tapings.
The Wild Bunch (Billy Buck and Chris King)
Chip Day
Malachi
Hayden Young
Chad Parham (should probably be made semi-active)
Mike Posey
Jesco Blue

Some staff notes:
Anarchy's booking team should be Jerry Palmer (owner), Todd Sexton (head booker), Jeff G. Bailey, and Ace Rockwell. I assume Bill Behrens helps.

Road Agents: Bill Behrens, Larry Goodman, Dan Wilson, Todd Sexton, Jerry Palmer

Announcers: Greg Hunter and John "The Body" Johnson

Backstage Workers: There are a few. One notable is Crystal Rose who occasionally wrestles as as a jobber to any females that are brought in. (She has jobbed a few times to Melissa Coates.) She is the wife of Azrael.

I don't recall the rest of the backstage people by name. I know them more by face. If I recall, Todd Sexton's wife use to help at the concession stand on occasion. No idea if she still does.

Oh, and adding injuries called legal trouble and jail time might be an excellent idea.

So I havnt really been working on this as per usual my real job and life have gotten in the way. Just sat down and started doing title lineage and have finished up all lineage in the game now. So every belt in complete. Also, like always with lineage, it has inspired me to add some guys who have title history to help keep expanding the data, which is likely how I'm going to spend the rest of the night (still on night shift time and theres nother better to do).

I also have the urge to flush out some more Networks & PPV carriers but could really use some help for non-Canadian countires (its funny how it seems Canada has the best TV set up in the game, haha). So if Euro's, Aussies, Americans, whomever, has some good TV info please send it along.

Something as simple as "In the UK we have a channel called "Super Awesome Amazing Channel" which would likely be similar in size and such over here as Fox is in the states".

I have nearly finished my Lineage also; just the missing ones from the Intercontinental Championship. A quick question, I haven't bought the original yet due to not want it to distract me from working on my mod but in demo your can't import titles. Is that the same for full copy? Reason I ask is I deleted a belt by accident and wanted to import from an old database. I couldn't so I have to start from scratch.

I am going to buy full copy later this week after my next release.

EDIT:
I've decided for now to base the NWA promotion heavily on two of the regional American promotions, Southwest & Mid-Atlantic. It gives a lot of obscure workers a place to work and will help avoid them just becoming full of the "standard" indy stars as would be easy to do since most people, at some point, will work for an NWA affiliated promotion it seems. Random NWA guys will still make it on the roster (Eg. Craig Classic) but I'm going to try and avoid guys already signed to deals with ROH and such, but will not rule out adding them either of course.

Not the 4th biggest fed in America, that would make too much sense.

MrCanada

Not the 4th biggest fed in America, that would make too much sense.

1) Its not the 4th biggest fed in America. They have shows where they draw like 50 people. Their are promotions, mostly in the south, that feature mostly older talent that draw 500-1500 and no one talks about because they arnt internet darlings. They are like IWA-MS in that way. I remember looking up to those promotions because I read about them alot. But then I realised most indy shows in Ontario outdraw them by 100-200 people and arnt ever talked about.

2) their is no good way to keep them very accurate. Info on workers, from age (one I find very important), to race, to languages, to personality, to everything, is unavailable (outside of being able to watch matches and get an idea of their stats).

3) Doubles. Almost all mods get full of doubles because you just dont know who is under the various masks. I remember old data having CP Munk and such and its really just Necro Butcher. This is the same reason I have yet to add any of the Ninja's to ROH or Pro Wrestling Respect as I'm convinced they are just other students under hoods, or a constantly rotating number of current students with no man portraying the characters for all that long.

4) I personally dont think a lot of Chikara wrestlers are really all that talented. Do they appeal to the fanbase that Chikara attracts? Yes. But that fanbase is also full of some of the more arrogant internet "smarks" (the "I know more then you because I read more dirt sheet" types). So they think everyone in Chikara is amazing, despite most of them never really finding much success elsewhere.

Just opinion but CHIKARA is far better then all of those promotions you listed. I can understand wanting a UK scene though. CHIKARA are one of the few indy feds that put on good consistent shows and I enjoy watching when I can.

I don't read any dirtsheets now on purpose and I find CHIKARA to contain some of the best talent outside of the top two feds. I enjoy the product and their shows because they're entertaining, no more no less though I'm sure some people probably do have "reasons" for why they watch.

That's not really real world, that is just a create a verse with all your favorites.

Sorry but when I was looking for real world mods I was actually looking for something legitimate. You should make sure it's obvious to anyone looking in your thread that you aren't taking this seriously.

Edit: And as far as no one in Chikara amounting to anything outside of their fed. Let's see now.

Claudio Castangnoli, Chris Hero, Mike Quackenbush, Chuck Taylor, Delirious, and Tim Donst are all people off the top of my head who have been Main Eventers in other feds that you deem important enough to include in your 'real world' mod.

I have to agree with what Rone said there if this is a REAL world mod it should include the world of wrestling as it is and not how you would prefer it to be. CHIKARA like it or not is a top indy in the US and deserves to be included much like some of the NWA affiliates.

One thing that irritates me about the real world updates I've seen so far is they lump NWA together as a whole and leave out a bunch of talented workers because it's easier for them that way or because they don't like certain fans.

It's a real world update....not fantasy update. Which means CHIKARA and atleast the bigger NWA affiliates need to be represented and not just have their rosters picked and choosed from at the makers discretion.

From what I can tell at this moment this is not a real world mod....it's a fantasy mod based off of current day but with the indy promotions merging, changing, and/or just disappearing.

As for the NWA merging, that was decided in a previous thread and as far as I remember there wasn't much resentment towards it.

There is no way you are ever going to get a real world update with every wrestler in the world here or any other mod. Some times the mod maker has to make decisions what he/she thinks sims the best when so many people want different things. Sometimes you will have to edit mods to your liking if they don't work for you.

I'm all for constructive criticism, but don't be stupid.

No. I dont want to include Chikara right now because I feel it be will inaccurate. I want ACCURATE real world data. That I value more then anything. All real world data from the first EWR to now end up clogged full of error and stats that dont make sense because they often end up too big, full of workers with wrong birthdays and races and what-not. Chikara lends it self to this perfectly.

Sorry but when I was looking for real world mods I was actually looking for something legitimate. You should make sure it's obvious to anyone looking in your thread that you aren't taking this seriously.

Then create your own. Dont come into a thread, mine or someone elses, trying to make them seem like jerks because they arnt fitting your needs. Sorry, I didnt get my paycheck. Claiming I'm not taking this seriously? Luckily these boards are censored. But how dare you. Honestly. I've put A LOT of effort into this data. And a good deal of people do like it. I like it. My data is often regarded as being more accurate then others, which are regarded as more complete and larger, but thats because thats what I want. I could add Chikara right now, it would take me 10 minutes, sim crappy, and Solider Ant is black.

Main eventing other indy shows infront of 50 people..... Granted maybe 500 in Claudio and Hero's case.

NWA is the way it is as its the only way it works.... Umbrella promotions cant be simulated. This was done at this point mainly to give NWA titles somewhere to be defended until the data did expand and warrant a full out promotion. (likely one of three that I based the combination on will expand).

And how honest to god hard is it to go into the promotions tab and hit delete on NWA? Sorry I ruined your life with that. I must admit I am starting to get a small idea and taste of what other mod makers used to talk about with the headaches of doing something for fun, releasing it because "why not?" and then having to read stuff like this that come off as very condescending and insulting.

For the record, I love your data... I really appreciate the hard work. Over the years I've attempted to make my own data, and usually couldn't get very far. So I really understand how time consuming this can get.

Sadly, you're always going to get guys like this that really love a wrestler or company that want them higher than they should be. But you've just got to know that you've got a lot of people that are really enjoying TEW because of you. I can't speak for everyone else, but thank you so much for making MY gaming experience far better than it would have been.

I'm all for constructive criticism, but don't be stupid.

The complaint from me is that in merging the NWA people who should be in any mod usually get left out for instance I have yet to see a mod that included Kimo from NWA Anarchy even though he is also in TNA as a member of security, (in the mods I have tried) Shadow Jackson who is a 2x Anarchy champion, Jeremy Vain who is also a former Anarchy champion, and The Reverend Dan Wilson who is one of the top managers in Anarchy as well as an amazing announcer. All of which also work all over the South East as well.

Plus the maker of this mod was blatantly saying he was purposely leaving out a MAJOR US indy promotion. It's like saying "I don't think ROH is worthy of being added to my mod so I'm leaving it out"

I personally always either make my own promotion and start with zero pop everywhere but plenty of others start out as promotions like CHIKARA and when I don't feel like making my own from the start I always start as Anarchy.

I understand the NWA merging thing though because outside of Anarchy I really don't know of any other NWA affiliate standing on it's own but CHIKARA is kind of a big deal for a LOT of people.

Ping von Erich

How on Gods green earth can anyone bitch about this data?

This is easily the best, most accurate data on the boards.

MrCanada, please don't listen to these d-bags.

CHIKARA is hard to find hard info on (wrestlers real names, ages, whatnot due to them all being straight out of wrestling school) and its also pretty impossible to sim correctly (again, due to 90% of its roster being straight out of wrestling school and rarely working outside CHIKARA). Why put it in if it's going to sim all ****ty?

I have to second the comments about NWA Anarchy and add a few more points.

NWA Anarchy has a good deal of importance in the South East region. AJ Styles, Matt Hardy, Consequences Creed, Evan Bourne and many others all worked for Anarchy back when it was NWA Wildside. Styles and Creed still do an occasional appearance.
TNA still has a working relation with NWA Anarchy. ROH, FIP and other promotions outside the South East region have a working relaitionship with Anarchy.
Anarchy has a syndicated TV deal both in the US and Internationally. While they do make their episodes available via the net as well, it is not until the show has aired in most of its markets.
Bill Berhens, who owned Wildside, is a road agent for NWA Anarchy and represents numerous talent in the WWE, TNA, ROH, and various indy promotions in the US for bookings. I can get you a complete list if you like.
At it's most basic, NWA Anarchy is one of the "major" NWA promotions even if it's shrank in prestige (in my opinion) from its NWA Wildside days. It is also one of the major South East promotions in GA, AL, TN, and SC. I'd argue NC as well until NWA Charlotte starting up recently. And NWA Anarchy and NWA Charlotte has several of the same guys working for them.

I've said before MrCanada shares a close thinking to mine from all of his mods I've played and I think it'd be silly to release H-Verse if they're so simliar. Especially if it will take away from this excellent mod.

Anyone waiting for a RW mod from my team unless MrCanada stops updating this I don't think I'll put it out. So in short, if you're looking for the type of mod I usually release this is the mod for you.

Keep up the great work MrC, I know how much work goes into keeping a mod like this updated and hope everyone appreciates the time and effort put it :)

ROH's momentum should be around C, not A*

I wouldnt say Goldberg has left the business, maybe hiatus?
Jeff Hardy and William Regal could do with new pictures.
Heyman should have at least B road agent skills?
I would maybe remove Shane McMahon and add him as a user?
CM Punk needs a new picture.... with his beard :P
Jamie Noble should be in FCW training the students

Judging by a few recent interviews, I'd say Goldberg HAS left the business. He turned down an offer to go to TNA recently and wants no part of the WWE.

Do you watch FCW?

Yes I do, and I dont think so.

The game is set to have development develop guys way to fast. Hence if you sim a game for more then a year or so WWE's development is almost completely turned over.

The problem is, in most honesty, a lot of guys are WWE ready by the time they get to development and simply go there to learn WWE's style and wait until creative comes up with something for them. Sadly in TEW, thats now how development works and once a worker "peaks" stat wise they are called up.

EDIT:

Run into a bit of a snag with Wrestlicious. Right now it sims fine with the roster it has, but clearly thats not the true roster. The problem in lies a lot of the girls are random models who just learned how to wrestler who no one knows who they are. So its "complete" for now and I'll just have to keep expanding it as I can track down (or am pointed to) good info on people... I really want to add Cousin Cassie... me likes!

NOTE: The NXT guys being on the WWE roster is an experimental thing for now, remember this is just a hype readme, written on toilet paper because its no where near final. Anything on here can change.

I have kept all the titles (that I have noticed at least) up to date. Lots of changes in Dragon Gate and FIP made me want to mention that.

I'm also considering quickly adding another promotion before the release (which will likely be post Mania, possibly the night of), but not sure what one yet. I may get lazy and just try and overload with free agents to set up the addition of future promotions is easier.

Not only are Derek and Jenn no longer together, but Jenn is staying in FL periodically with with one of her Shimmer colleagues (Rain) who she has become good friends with.

I'd add a strong friendship between Rain and Jenn and Angelina Williams. I have the photos to prove it. Use to talk with Jenn but don't much anymore after a misunderstanding.

Holding off on starting a real world until the next release comes out, so I'm looking forward to it.

Although I do make some changes myself when the data gets out. I think people like Hall, Flair, Hogan, all need to be incredibly nerfed in the performance areas. They hobble around the ring embarrassingly like old men who physically can't even sell anymore.

I use the C-Verse technique of keeping their psychology high so they can be decent road agents, and mic/charisma/acting, but heavily toning down everything else below 30% or even lower.

IF you think Flair can't sell then you don't understand half of what selling is. Flair sells better than many guys in the business half his age.

I tend to disagree with how some of the cornelleverse is set up. Dont get me wrong, I've attempted to keep my data grounded in the footwork the cornelleverse lays out. But people like Flair and even more so someone like Ricky Steamboat, proves old age dont mean much... maybe TEW11/12 could use a new feature called "The Steamboat Factor" where an old guy is still somehow the best worker EVER! haha.

EDIT:

Should note I decided to finally give ROH a women's division. With the signing of Kong it seemed reasonable now. As of this moment its only a small division though (as it is in real life), as I havnt included the random girls who come in a job to the "over" girls. So the division is only Kong, Del Rey, Haze, & MsChif.

The quote was more in disagreement with Von Dozier than you, Mr. Canada. However, on the subject of "selling", a lot of younger guys in the business do not sell anywhere near as well as Flair does now or did in his prime. Flair is over as much for his ability to sell his opponent as he is for his offensive skills. A lot of younger guys lack much in the way of psychology. And a lot of them tend to try but wind up overselling. And Flair has mastered the art of compensating what he has lost physically with his use of psychology.

Evan Bourne is a guy who can sell a basic move just fine. However, he doesn't really have the knack for the psychology that someone like Flair has. If he ever get to that point then it will be something to see. Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson) is a great selling on both fronts from what I have seen of his matches. Everyone talks about his technical skill but I don't hear as often about how well he works the ring psychology side of a match. A few other guys who are great at it from what I have seen would be David Young (given the right opponent), Tony Marmaluke, Jason Cross, Rick Michaels (hate to admit that though), Caprice Coleman, and Masada.

It's like the comment made by Jericho recently about "telling a story in the ring". He basically pointed out that if you can't master that then you just have two guys rolling around in their underwear. I've seen too many guys who know some flashy moves but don't have the ability to "tell a story in the ring".

So, while there may be some merit to the argument that the game doesn't handle age in the greatest way. However, the point of my disagreement with Von Dozier is that Flair doesn't belong in the same category as Hogan and Hall when it comes to selling a match.

I'd just like to point out that I, now, hate you Mr. Canada.

Because of you, I have started updating my data.

It had no proper update since it was released (originally T-Zone that I have since redone to fit my wants and needs)

On the plus side, it'll be more current.

On the bad side, it's proper release was 3 years ago.

I've always updated WWE, TNA, ROH, and some other feds that I may use, but, I completely neglect Japan, Mexico, etc just due to me not caring to work them.

So, damn you sir.

Did you really just say Flair cant sell? Really?

There was a particularly hilarious .gif of Flair and Abyss from a recent TNA show, and Abyss punches Flair 5 times, and Flair literally does not move a single inch to sell something as simple as a punch. He simply looks up at him while he's being punched. That's it.

All you really need to do is just even watch 5 seconds of the 2nd Monday Night TNA show of Hogan/Abyss vs AJ/Flair to realize that Hogan and Flair's selling could very well be put to 0 and it be accurate.

A lot of younger guys lack much in the way of psychology. And a lot of them tend to try but wind up overselling. And Flair has mastered the art of compensating what he has lost physically with his use of psychology.

Okay, then basically you're agreeing with me. He can't sell (right now, real world, current time. Yes, he could 15 years ago or in his prime. But not as of March 2010. So, let's reflect this.) , so lower his selling. He can use psychology, so raise his psychology. This is exactly what I said in my post. Flair could be an amazing road agent. But as it is right now, the guy shouldn't be competing in the ring. It looks awful, it's embarrasing, and it actually hurts matches he is in.

My two cents. I've never really been a fan of Flair, but, he can be great on the mic, and stuff like that.

Thing is.

I'm 31, I've watched wrestling on and off since I was about 6.

In those 25 years, I've seen Ric Flair wrestle 4 matches.

Not 4 total, I mean, he does the same thing in damn near every match. His moves, selling, etc.

I don't know how that would reflect in the in game data. And yes, I know, everyone has their moveset/trademarks. But, seriously. Half the stuff he does is comically oversold, or, completely undersold to me.

I started watching wrestling at 6 to but only WWE since we only got that in my country (Norway) , my country was to cheap to broadcast WcW in the later years when the monday nights war started and thats when they decided that it was to expensive to get wrestling over here and cut our Sky broadcast for good, but i remember seeing Flair in WWE from 1990-1993 and i loved him (first time i saw Ric Flair and became an instant fan) we got WcW on and of on Swedish tv due to Frank Andersson (anyone actually remember him? :p).

Dude, I had no idea you are Norwegian, that's what I am! Well, about 5 generations removed. Kick ass.

Don't get me wrong though, I get the Flair thing.. I've just not really been one for the "main event" workers since about Wrestlemania 7 or so. Like, let's look at Sunday's Wrestlemania. Cena v. Batista. If there was a way that match was bumped, I'd not miss it. Edge v. Jericho I don't mind, cause I'm a Jerichoholic 4 life. I always look for the Money in the Bank stuff.

May also explain my love for promotions like PWG.

No, I am not agreeing with you completely based on the sole match between four men. I will completely agree that neither Hogan nor Flair should've been in that match. As for Flair no selling Abyss in that match, he did and it was not his usual motus operendi. As for the .gif of Abyss punching Flair, you're basing this on a .gif? Really?

I'm not saying that Flair is selling as good as he did in his prime. I am saying that he doesn't belong in the same grouping as Hogan and Hall when it comes to no-selling. Flair can still sell when he wants to.

Not just basing it on a single gif, the gif is basically the height of what backs my opinion. His entire TNA matches lately are largely like that.

But just being to sell when he wants to doesn't mean he needs to be anywhere above 50% for selling.

I really would like to see more women in future editions of this mod.

i'm always trying to expand the data in every which way all the time. The next release will have a handful of more girls and Wrestlicious. The problem with women is they are so darn inconsistent. There are fewer and fewer staples of female wrestling. A lot are girls who wrestle for 4-5 years (of which maybe only 1 or 2 are on the radar) and then give it up for whatever reason, or become more semi-active then active.

That and in all honesty 99% of women wrestlers suck donkey testicles. Mainly because they try to wrestle like men and cant. I know that there are a core of people who really like women's wrestling, and thats fair and all, but honestly, watch a Wrestlicious (maybe a bad example) or even a Shimmer show. usually not all that great. For every Del Rey there's a Cherry Bomb.
