January Newswire:

Week 1: After the horrible incident at Final Battle 2005 where Homicide poured draino down the throat of Colt Cabana, commisioner Jim Cornette has signed the two to a one on one match at It All Begins. What will happen as this feud heats up to the next level?

Week 1: Congratulations to Austin Aries and Roderick Strong who won the ROH Tag Team Titles at Final Battle. Commisioner Jim Cornette has wasted no time to sign the inevitable rematch between Generation Next and former champs Sal Rinnauro and Tony Mamaluke. Will Rinnauro and Mamaluke be able to reclaim the straps or will Aries and Strong begin on a long successful reign as tag champs?

Week 1: Speaking of Generation Next, Final Battle also see Austin Aries confront Ricky Reyes after Reyes destroyed Aries's ROH wrestling school students and their Top of the Class Trophy. So signed for It All Begins, we will see Ricky Reyes battle Austin's friend and Generation Next ally Matt Sydal.

Week 1: The past few weeks we have seen a new fierce side of Jay Lethal come out as he viciously attacked his mentor Samoa Joe. Will Jay Lethal's path of destruction continue? Will Joe be able to gain his revenge? Neither wrestlers opponents have been confirmed so you'll have to wait and see what happens...

Week 1: Also at Final Battle we saw that former Prophecy alumni Christopher Daniels and BJ Whitmer really dont care for each other too much, what will this situation escalate to? And with Whitmer's alliance with Lacey's Angels, what role will his new found allies play?

Week 1: Two of the most talked about new comers Claudio Castagnoli and Milano Connection AT are both scheduled to appear. With their new found popularity will they be able rise to the next level of Ring of Honor?

Week 2: Well we are pleased to announce that Milano Connection AT will get his first title shot at It All Begins, his opponent will be none other than rulebreaking extraodinaire Nigel Mc.Guiness. Mc.Guiness has been on quite a (shady) winning streak since winning the Pure Title. Will he be able to continue his successful cheating streak or will the new comer Milano be able to win his first piece of gold?

Week 2: Prince Nana and The Embassy have sent ROH offices word that they are after the ROH Tag Team Titles. What does this mean for current champs Aries and Strong, they already have former champs Rinnauro and Mamaluke lined up for It All Begins and an on going feud with Ricky Reyes. With the history between The Embassy and Generation Next this could lead to one of the most interesting tag title situations ever in ROH.

Week 2: Ring of Honor World Champion Bryan Danielson's open contract policy continues at It All Begins. ROH has exclusive news as to who his first opponent of the new year will be..... it will be none other than the Phenomenal One himself.....AJ Styles. Will the TNA Triple Crown Winner be able to capture the title that has always eluded him? One thing is for sure this will turn out to be a fantastic match between two of the most talented wrestlers in the world!!!

Week 2: In an attempt to raise the ROH Tag Team Titles to a whole new level the champs Austin Aries and Roderick Strong has issued an open challenge to ROH World Champion Bryan Danielson and a partner of his choice. What will this mean for the tag champs with so much already on their plate? Will Danielson be the first man to hold two ROH titles at once? With everyone gunning at Danielson's prestigious title who will he find to be his partner? There is some interesting things shaping up for ROH in 2006!!!!!

Any ideas on how you would like things to shape up, let me know

Any ideas on improvements, they would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

It is our pleasure to announce this years format for the ever popular Do or Die series. There will be four preliminary tag team matches with the four winning teams going on to face each other in a Four Corner Survival. The winning team gets a Ring of Honor Contract. What a way to light a fire under an already smoldering tag team division. Things are starting to heat up!!!

Week 2: We are pleased to announce to you the ROH fans, the replacement for Milano Connection AT on all the upcoming shows.....ROH will be bringing in former WWE, WCW, and TNA star.....Jimmy Yang. The possibilities are limitless with this all-star talent.

Week 2: Jim Cornette has stated since Austin Aries will be busy with Ricky Reyes and the ROH Tag Titles wont be defended he has found the perfect match for Co-Champ Roderick Strong. Roderick will taking on Nigel Mc.Guiness for the ROH Pure Title.

Week 2: Lacey's Angels of Whitmer and Jacobs have issued an open challenge to Christopher Daniels for a tag match at Celebration Part 1. Daniels has accepted but who will he find to be his tag partner? Who can trust him?

Week 2: Bryan Danielson's next title defence will be against Christopher Daniels at Celebration Part 2. This looks to be an exciting match that could end up being the next match of the year candidate.

Week 2: Cornette has announced that at Celebration Part 3 we will see Christopher Daniels vs BJ Whitmer. And if Daniels happens to be ROH World Title on that night it will be on the line.

This is a great diary, simple and fun to read.

Since you had Arrogance win an ROH contract, split them up and have Bosh make a big singles run. ;)

ROH March Newswire

Week 1: We a month we had in February. Four great events, with alot of exciting things shaping up for Ring of Honor. Things are just gonna keep getting better. We are pleased to announce that our next show will be The Trios Tournament later this week. Like last year each member of the wining team will get a title shot at any title, at any event they choose.

Week 1: ROH Offices just got word that Prince Nana has hired Jay Lethal to join Alex Shelley and Jimmy Rave in the Trios Tournament. Lethal said he was offering his services to the highest bidder and there is no one with more money to spend than the Prince of Ghana himself.

Week 1: ROH World Champion Bryan Danielson has stated he will defend his title at The Trios Tournament and he doesn't care who his opponent is.
With a majority of the roster competing in the tournament itself, it will be interesting to see who, if anyone will accept the champs challenge. This could be an interesting oppertunity for one of the up and comers in ROH.

Week 1: Lacey has sent word that she has found the perfect man to add to her team at the Trios Tournament. She said as perfect as Claudio Castagnoli looks in his suits he will fit in nice with her Angels.

Week 1: Jim Cornette has announced a big new signing to the already amazing ROH roster. He has signed international high flying sensation Jody Fleisch. Jody's first match will be at the Trios Tourmament. His opponent will be none other than Matt Sydal. These two young high flyers promise to deliver.

Week 1: After the alliance was formed between Steve Corino and Colt Cabana at the last show it was anounced they were the newest team added to the tournament, along with Ace Steel. This team could be team to watch for, that is if they aren't stopped by last years winners The Rottweilers.

Week 1: An alliance has been formed between three friends to help them win the Trios Tournament. The three men are all-stars in the professional wrestling world. They are none other than AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, and Jimmy Yang. The other teams better watch out this pairing seems to be the front runners for winning the tournament.

Trios Tournament Teams
The Rottweilers-Homicide, Romero, and Reyes
Generation Next-Aries, Strong, and Evans
The Embassy-Shelley, Rave, and Lethal
Lacey's Angels-Whitmer, Jacobs, and Claudio
Colt, Steel, and Corino
Styles, Joe, and Yang
Delirious and the Ring Crew Express
ROH Students-Andrews, Franco, and Hagadorn

Other Matches:
Bryan Danielson vs ??? - ROH World Title Match
Matt Sydal vs Jody Fleisch

Any predictions as to how any of it pans out?

Bah, you totally stole my idea for Lethal to join The Embassy, jerk :p

As for Danielson, he'll win, no matter who he faces or is brought in, it'd be bad to kill his reign already, it's barely started, and he could bring in some quality competition that could result in a* matches

Who should win the Tourney? Anyone but the Rotts, as I don't think they should've even won last year.

I'm going ahead an putting Jody over Matt in what should be a C+/B- matchup

kadekash1983

I was using Lethal with the Embassy as a one time thing. I plan to have him work for every group at one point or another so you can go ahead with your plan.

Maybe we could share some ideas to help improve our games

But any case keep giving me feed back, I appreciate it!

Note: The original plan for the title match was to bring in Doug Williams or Chris Hero to face Danielson but they both rejected negotiations.

Then I thought I could do a gauntlet type thing where Danielson could run through a few under card guys. Like having him beat all the students back to back, but they were all ready booked. Then I thought maybe let him run through Delirious and Azrieal but Delirious was already booked and Danielson/Azrieal has already been done.

So I went with what I had, just thought I had to let everyone know this. It makes feel alot better, thanks!

wow, definately trying to push CC, aren't ya?

I was rooting for The Embassy to win. I mean seriously, Lethal, Rave, and Shelley? That's just an amazing team.

But the Rotts lost, which made me happy. And I'm kinda glad that the "All Star" team lost. I think it really puts other teams over when the team everyone expects to win, well, doesn't.

But hooray for me being right with the predictions. Especially guessing the rating of the Jody/Matt match. I'm impressed with myself ^.^

Week 2: Congratulations to BJ Whitmer, Jimmy Jacobs, and Claudio Castagnoli on being victorious in the Trios Tournament. Week 2: The ROH Tag Team Champs Austin Aries and Roderick Strong will finally get their hands on Ricky Reyes and Rocky Romero at Back to Basics. Last time we saw these four men together Reyes and Romero were beating Aries down in the ring. This also represents a good situation for The Rottweilers who have a chance to regain the tag titles. Only a week away to what may be the tag match of the year.

Low Ki has a big win over Colt Cabana at Anniversary Part 1 and also got the pin on Colt in the big tag match at Anniversary Celebration Part 2. These two men have a long history and it will be interesting to see how this one turns out.

It's weird looking at RoH and seeing people with GenNext as tag champs, cause I didn't bother making that change on my game, so when I see Tony & Sal in a tag match I'm like Hmm... why isn't the title on the line, and then I'm like "Oh, right, it's cause they're not champs anymore... darn it..." :(

Thats right, at Manhatten Mayhem you will see WAR GAMES!!!!!

Week 1: Bryan Danielson says at Manhatten Mayhem he is accepting Austin Aries's challenge for the ROH Tag Team Titles. He has stated that he will be bringing in a special tag team partner for this exceptional oppertunity. We can't wait to see who has chosen, watch Manhatten Mayhem to find out.

She says she has always wanted to be the top female in the company but Allison Danger had always been looming over her. Then when Danger put her hands on her at Anniversary Celebration Part 3 it was the last straw. She has issued a challenge to Allison at Manhatten Mayhem. She said she can't always wonder if Danger is better than her. She says not even a victory over Allison will be good enough, so she has challenged her to a loser leaves ROH match. After Manhatten Mayhem, one of the staple members of the ROH roster will no longer be apart of the company.

Week 1: Lacey has sent word she plans to kill two birds with one stone at Manhatten Mayhem. She has paid Jay Lethal a large sum of money to eliminate Christopher Daniels. She says with Danger and Daniels gone she can finally concentrate on getting her Angels to the ROH Tag Team Titles!!!

Even better choice to have him not win the straps because:

a) Liger's definately a "special attraction" type guy, not someone you build the company around

b) He's expensive as crap, I think I was paying him around 3k per night. Outlandish I tell you!

Boo on The Rotts winning, I mean c'mon, Colt? Corino? That's a team you just have to let win.

Week 2: What a brutal battle War Games was....All the men involved put themselves through an indescribable amount of pain. All the men have nagging injuries following the vicious cage match and have been ordered by Commisioner Jim Cornette not to participate at the next show. These eight men will get a well deserved amount of time off. We hope the fans appreciate what these excellent competitors went through and want all of you to know they will be back in time for Nowhere to Run at the end of this month.

Week 2: After his pinfall victory over ROH World Champion Bryan Danielson, Austin Aries has made his intentions clear. He has officially challenged Danielson for the title. All three men were trained by Ultimo Dragon and got their start in the various Dragon feds. These amazing international wrestlers will compete at Final Showdown but their opponents haven't been confirmed. No matter who they face they are sure to light the place on fire.

Week 2: Roderick Strong says while his partner takes care of Bryan Danielson he wont be sitting back idle. He says he will be taking care of business himself. He is challenging the man who gave him his only defeat of the year so far....He is challenging former ROH Pure Champ Nigel Mc.Guiness. Nigel defeated Rod back at Anniversary Celebration Part 1 by cheating and Roderick says he wants revenge.

Week 2: Christopher Daniels has been at ROH Offices at all week begging to get his hands on BJ Whitmer. He says this time he wants no interference. Jim Cornette agrees that this feud needs to come to an end, and to make sure no one runs he is making this match a Steel Cage Match.

Week 2: At our next show The Future Is Now, Samoa Joe will finally get his hands on Jay Lethal. Last time these two met Lethal threw a fireball in Joe's eyes. Joe has battled back and proved he is ready for another shot at his former protege.

Week 2: Generation Next members Austin Aries and Roderick Strong are already petitioning for another shot at the tag titles. As you know The Embassy got themselves purposely disqualified at New Frontiers so they could keep their titles. Aries and Strong are furious and want another shot to claim the titles they once held.

Week 2: Prince Nana heard all the talk of Aries and Strong wanting another shot and says they will have to earn it. He says he will be bringing in a special tag team to take out the former champs. He says taxes will have to be raised in Ghana to pay for the high priced talent.

Week 2: ROH Offices are pleased to announce Low Ki's replacement on all upcoming shows. Although there is no replacing a star the magnitude of Low Ki we think we have found a qualified substitution. ROH will be bringing in none other than Jerry Lynn. Lynn's first opponent will be Christopher Daniels.

Week 2: ROH Offices are pleased to announce Bryan Danielson's next challenger to the ROH World Title. At The Future Is Now will we see the champ take on one the most recognizable international stars alive and the most successful light heavyweight ever. It will be Bryan Danielson vs Jushin Thunder Liger. This will be a match any ROH fan will not wont to miss.

Daniels beats Lynn...should be a good match, but Lynn is too new to the ROH roster

Danielson beats Liger...I see a long title reign for Dragon...Here's hoping for an A match

Aries & Strong beat Nana's Mystery team...I love Nana's "I raising taxes in Ghana" line, though usually it was always a disapointment..I'm sure you'll bring in someone good...and could eventually setup a 3way for the belts

Claudio beats Homicide...I'm just a huge Claudio fan and want to see him win, but he probably won't

Shelly & Rave beat Yang & Styles...Not much hype for this match so I dont see titles changing, plus I see Strong and Aries/Embassy feud getting hotter.

Side Notes: I know the pairing of Eric Young and Chase Stevens was very odd but there is a reason. I tried to get both Naturals but Andy Douglas is under written contract with TNA. Then I tried to get Petey Williams and Eric Young but Petey was too busy. Then I tried to get Bobby Roode who was also too busy. I also tried to get AMW who were also too busy. So I put the only two that accepted negotiations together.

And dont get too excited about the next team either because its a makeshift team also.

And Oldschool I usually wouldn't let a new guy like Lynn come in and win but like I said in the newswire he is a replacement for Low Ki. I already had all my coming events planned out. Low Ki was scheduled to win the match and go on to other things so it wouldn't make sense unless Lynn does it now. Hope thats easily understandable.

And the Joe/ Lethal feud is over. It has been going on since December and it is now June so I felt it was time to end it.

Give me your thoughts and suggestions.
