Would anybody be interested in a fictional scenario?

I plan to make a scenario in the future. Not like in the year 4023, but around twenty years in the future, maybe less. Would anyone be interested in this? I'd like to know before I started on it.

I'd be interested in any mod, but how long I'd play depends on the data.
What kind of gameworld are you thinking? Cornellverse, real, fictional?

It would be based off of real life. It'd take me awhile to make. The only problem is handling new talent. I could make up people or I could just use real people, like younger people in the game, and make them better in the future.
