February 27th: Release Date

I'm pleased to announce that the release schedule will be as follows:

April 1st - Release of the public beta (*)

April 8th - WMMA2 goes on sale

(*) The public beta is a fully featured version of the game which allows repeated play of one month of game time. It is used to both give the public a demonstration of the game before purchase, and to give one week for any final bugs to be ironed out before the commercial release.

NB: There are tentative plans to pre-release the WMMA2 editor before April 1st so that mod-makers can start work on databases before the game is released. This will likely be done a week or two before the public beta, and will be confirmed at a later date.
