Part Three: April Week One, 2016 – June Week Four, 2016...

In April, former CGC tag team specialist Thrill Seeker made his first appearance as a NOTBPW star, fighting Jacob Jett as a mystery opponent at Day Two of the DeColt Wrestle Festival... The two day event was brought across to NOTBPW when CGC was purchased by The Stones... Across the two day event, Jeremy Stone, Dan Stone Jr., Sean McFly, Steve DeColt, Jack DeColt AND Ricky DeColt all competed in matches... As did former CGC stars: Dan DaLay and Bobby Thomas , although both men were just making a one-off appearance on the show... For now...

April saw a number of large changes for NOTBPW... Following a string of good financial months, I opened NAW (Northern Acadamy of Wrestling)... A developmental fed. for some of my younger and lesser used talents to go and work to gain experience... Teenager Robby Griffin had just debuted from the House of Stone... and he went down to NAW with his brother Mark Griffin... Sonny Wildside, who I have high hopes for... Donte Dunn (another signing from CGC that was yet to debut)... along with a few other signings I hadn't yet debuted... Like Ernest Youngman, The Ring Generals, Aldous Blackfriar, and Mutant to name a few...

The tag team known as Iron Might (Tim Westybrook and Mighty Cavanagh) captured the Tag Team Titles from Brown and Haynes in April of 2016... However they would lose the Belts again in May to their rivals The CanAm Blondes ... Also in May, Cameron Vessey finally dropped his Television Championship after an impressive NINE Title defences, over nine months... Harrison Hash was the man to finally best him...

The final signing from CGC: Joey Poison arrived in NOTBPW in May 2016... Unfortunately for Joey, much like Sally Anne Christianson , he suffered a major concussion in one of his first matches, and will miss over 13 months of action... (at the time of writing this, he's still out... For another three + months)... Flash caused the injury, and received a lot of backstage heat from it... So I released him from his contract... I also let Mountie Mann, Alexander Robinson, and Lee Bennett go in May...

It was in June that I decided to axe the women's division within the company... With Sally Anne Christianson out injured very long term, and the other girls pulling very poor ratings, I took the decision to end it... In truth, I wasn't enjoying that much anyway, as the matches were becoming a little repetitive with such a small roster... Recently, the Canadian Women's Wrestling Federation (CWWF) opened it's doors, and signed almost ALL of my original women's roster to contracts... It was nice to see Sally Anne Christianson get signed after she recovered from her serious injury...
