Bowl Bound, the board game?

Tell me this isn't loosely based on that Avalon Hill classic that I spent so much time burning my youth on. Tell me. I dare ya!

To be honest, I had never even heard of the board game until we checked the trademark. It expired in 2002 and so we are OK on that front. But, since I have never played the game, there's no relation between it and BB.

it was fun and they also had Sports Illustrated Pro Football which played the same as Bowl Bound.

I will be looking at this game - demo and buying ... but we must have online and if possible at some point Head-to-head online play (Dreaming ???)

Hot Damn! Thats great news. A friend and i used to set up brackets and have our own "March Madness" with the old board game, we had a blast weeding the field down to the championship game. This new title sounds better with recruiting and individual players as opposed to just team charts.
