Hey,

I purchased this game over christmas break at my parents house on their computer. Now I'm back home at my laptop, and I'm getting the e-license page. Do I have to purchase it again.

You should have two licenses with your purchase. There should be a place on that e-License screen to input your product number.

If you've already installed it on two machines, you will have to go to one of the machines and unlicense the game. NOT AN UNINSTALL!!
