Help!

I want to purchase this game, badly. First I would like to play the demo, though. Whenever I attempt to install the demo it gets stuck at 81% and doesn't finish installing. Has anyone had this problem? Or can anyone offer assistance on what I can do?

There are several stickied threads regarding install errors, freezes, etc.

Hopefully one of those helps you out.

This error is typically caused by an open program locking the access to a file that the install needs to map too (often a font; Instant Messaging clients and Microsoft Office are frequent culprits).
