Continental Wrestling League returns to the historic ballroom for the seventh annual Wrestling Summit. With a card that promises to be one of the biggest cards in professional wrestling history, you do not want to miss this.

In our main event, Homegrown challenges The Fat Cats for the World's Tag Team Titles inside of a steel cage. At Christmas Chaos, The Fat Cats were instrumental in Homegrown losing the North American Tag Team Championships to The Devil's Rejects. At the Sixth Anniversary, they stole a victory. Now, can Homegrown upset the World's Tag Team Champions -- who are in their seventh month as champions and have ten successful defenses? Or will The Fat Cats find a way to retain and make it out of the Lowe Ballroom still the World Tag Team Champions?

Matty Faith will once again challenge Spencer Spade for the North American Heavyweight Championship. Spencer Spade defeated Matty Faith at the Sixth Anniversary with some help from Lisa Bowen. Matty Faith is determined to win the North American Heavyweight Championship -- Spade is determined to keep the Supreme Era going strong. Who will prevail?

"Rough Justice" Tommy Cornell makes his return to professional wrestling in the United States as he challenges Australian standout and current World's Heavyweight Champion, Horton Ravenwood for the coveted prize. Can Cornell find success his first night in the United States? Or will the Australian standout continue to shock the world?

In our most personal contest, two former best friends will finally settle the score. It was at Gold Rush when Jeffery Aroma left Riley McManus a bloody mess and cost him the North American Heavyweight Championship. Riley McManus and Aroma have been at it since then and with a dog collar and twelve feet of loggers chain separating them -- who will walk out of this blood feud on top?

These four matches plus seven other marquee matches -- including David Stone and Bret Starr for the United States Championship, Lucy Stone-McFly and Alicia Strong for the Women's Championship and the Final Chapter between The Fallen and The Keith Brothers.

You do NOT want to miss this. Get your tickets today.

Win the gold or they feud that is my prediction

Semi Main Event
Singles Match
Sixty Minute Time Limit
North American Heavyweight Championship
Matty Faith versus “The Supreme Star” Spender Spade © w/ Lisa Bowen
Faith deserves a run just based on family name, but I think Spade has too much momentum going to stop just yet

Singles Match
Sixty Minute Time Limit
GWC World Heavyweight Championship
“Rough Justice” Tommy Cornell versus Horton Ravenwood ©
Big name opponent who was the best in the world but now in his mid/late 40's I'll go with the unknown (to me anyway) World Champion

Grudge Match
Singles Match
Thirty Minute Time Limit
Dog Collar Match
The Cornerstone” Riley McManus versus “The Headhunter” Jeffery Aroma w/ Lisa Bowen
Gotta think the baby face wins the feud here although we haven't seen the last of the Headhunter hopefully

Singles Match
Thirty Minute Time Limit
United States Championship
“Hollywood” Bret Starr versus “The Canadian Wrestling Machine” David Stone (c)
Stone is bound to drop the belt eventually but Hollywood seems to just be coming in

Singles Match
Thirty Minute Time Limit
North American Women’s Championship
Lucy Stone-McFly versus Alicia Strong © w/ Lisa Bowen
Alicia is the past but has that Strong name, while McFly is the future. I could see a change here but I don't think the belt switches

Singles Match
Thirty Minute Time Limit
GWC World Junior Heavyweight Championship
“High Flyin’ Hawaiian” James Adams versus KC Glenn ©
Glenn retains but I sense a little heel turn coming here for the Flyin Hawaiian. If not now then soon in the rematch

Singles Match
Thirty Minute Time Limit
GWC World Women’s Championship
Jaime Quine versus Pinky Perez ©
Jamie is a top notch wrestler worthy of World title gold

Grudge Match
Tag Team Match
Thirty Minute Time Limit
North American Tag Team Championship
The Fallen w/ Father Grim versus The Keith Brothers ©
Going to say The Fallen rebound big here with the title victory

Special Attraction
Singles Match
Twenty Minute Time Limit
OLLIE’s El Jaguar versus Cameron Vessey w/ Lisa Bowen
Interesting match but Vessey has Bowen, and that is as good as reason as any he wins

Opening Match
Six Man Tag Team
Thirty Minute Time Limit
GWC World Six Man Championship
Gangsta Nation w/ Brother G versus The Diaz Family (c)
Diaz Family just won the belts so I figure that they retain them here.

Geez, Historian, how do you post so many shows back to back?!
Anyways, I'm really loving The Fallen and those promos are just amazing. Also, Danny Puder all the way!!!

Well... I suppose I can reveal my secret to posting now that I'm over 150 shows in.....

......

......

So, as I run shows, I copy and paste all of the show information into a google doc. Each google doc has the name of the show (so I can keep track for logistical standpoint). I tend to go on a booking spree where I'll book a month or two months at a time. I go back through and format each google document, with all of the imgur links and everything so that when I'm ready to post I can just copy and paste right over and it is good to go.

It also helps that I am not nearly as graphical as say, willr0ck, The Lloyd, Togg, or King_Bison who have all sorts of graphics that go into my shows so it makes it easier for me.

This way, I have, at any given time, three or four shows ready to post. I like to stay ahead of where I'm at in the diary so that way I can plan out my narratives and know where I want to go from a backstage story standpoint.

I keep a separate document for all of my news that I want to go out so that I have it and can stay organized -- also helps me make sure not to forget to hit certain points.

When I first started, because my shows were so simple it was very easy to post shows quickly. I wasn't planning on posting show many shows tonight, but I wanted to get the Wrestling Summit VII card up -- because I am incredibly proud of this card and what I was able to put together.

Always nice when you start a tiny company at the start, eh? I think that is why I am notorious for small companies because even if I get overwhelmed by work and such I can kind of keep up with posting shows. AAW and CGC really show start contrasts on how much stuff is put into each one. I adore both, but I admit to no end AAW is so much easier to write up show wise due to the nature of smaller roster and well....NOT HAVING TO WRITE A WEEKLY TV SHOW.

Well, that's good to know. I'm doing a lot of the same, copying and pasting results onto google docs. I think I'll look into using imgur because I've been using flickr and sometimes the website doesn't load when I'm trying to copy the image links (plus the image links are super long because it also includes the url link on the pic).

Thanks for sharing as that will allow me to keep my going along as well. I feel like the injuries might stack up in my PGHW save...

Anyways, keep doing what you're doing! And yeah, those guys you name-dropped are definitely great at putting together those graphical diaries. I don't have the patience to learn all that vb code stuff lol

Smaller is definitely easier. For me, I kept tv in the way I had been presenting shows and made events where I do my summaries to try to make them feel more important and bigger deals. I was very nervous at first that taking on weekly tv was going to kill the diary really quickly. Thankfully, because I have kept the show one hour and tried to book it like an old school studio wrestling show with a bit of modern flare — and still kept it bare bones (let’s be honest, I’m not known for great presentation) it kept me from wanting to shoot the diary in the face.

Haha, I understand that fully. CGC is daunting in 2016 because of the 2 hour timeslot now. In 2013 they had an hour and it was so much easier. I guess it would be easier on a more pure wrestling product because who needs angles, but stuff like CGC, SWF, etc burn me out often and remind me why I stick with local/small companies with an 70/30 or 80/20 split.

Wrestling Summit VII

Homegrown versus The Fat Cats ©
- Sometimes the catch is better than the chase?

Matty Faith versus “The Supreme Star” Spender Spade © w/ Lisa Bowen
- Spade's a legit superstar and he's on a roll

“Rough Justice” Tommy Cornell versus Horton Ravenwood ©
- Tough call. I don't know how much Tommy has left and I'm not familiar with Ravenwood.
- I'll go with the champ to retain since I don't like Tommy swooping in and taking the belt on his first day in the new alliance. Narratively I'm not sure the other owners would like it much either.

“The Cornerstone” Riley McManus versus “The Headhunter” Jeffery Aroma w/ Lisa Bowen
- Riley's due for a big win and possibly a return to the championship picture

“Hollywood” Bret Starr versus “The Canadian Wrestling Machine” David Stone (c)
- I think Stone is in the midst of a long run

Lucy Stone-McFly versus Alicia Strong © w/ Lisa Bowen
- Lucy could be the next champion, but I expect some kind of story build-up before the belt changes hands

“High Flyin’ Hawaiian” James Adams versus KC Glenn ©
- Adams killing it on that last promo, looks like he has "it"
- Glenn can move on to something else for a while

Jaime Quine versus Pinky Perez ©
- Not sure of this pick, but you've been pushing Jaime a bit

The Fallen w/ Father Grim versus The Keith Brothers ©
- I see some kind of screwy-finish/mind-games from The Fallen

OLLIE’s El Jaguar versus Cameron Vessey w/ Lisa Bowen
- Vessey's one of your stars, want to keep him strong

Gangsta Nation w/ Brother G versus The Diaz Family (c)
- You don't normally hot potato belts
- This feud needs to evolve (into different matchups) or wrap up
