Mod Making Help
If Adam or anyone could help me with this, it would be great help.
I'm creating a mod for early 2002, right after RINGS closed, so Fedor is a free agent.
Anyway, my question is what kind of base level is used for younger or guys who haven't debuted yet.
GSP would be a 19/20 (near the top levels) in 2007, but back in 2003 he had only one fight in a small promotion. Obviously giving him a 19 level would be too high, but how far down do you go? Is there a way to secure that he will be a top fighter in a few years?
Also, guys who haven't debuted yet. How are they dealt with, what would be the top level for a guy who just debuted?
