TEW vs. WMMA

Simple really. Stick both games together. You could have a WMMA career game mode or a TEW career game mode. Another thing could be is, you could buy the license to play a WMMA or TEW career only. Or then you could buy a license(probably twice as dear) to play either or the blended mode.

The blended mode would incorporate both game features and you would have the option to run a wrestling fed or an mma fed. You could ofcourse switch over to the other profession mid game. And could sign mma guys to your wrestling promotion and sign wrestlers to your mma promotion.

Hello Adam! Hello all guys! I am peruvian, my english isn't good, but I try for explain very well. TEW vs WMMA is a great idea, a wrestler cand be a fighter and viceversa. A promoter can run 2 companies (wrestling and MMA), a wrestler can be owner of a MMA company, a fighter can be owner of a wrestling company, comparisons between MMA and wrestling (shows assistenses, TV rating, internet popularity, TV opinions, DVD sales, PPV sales, shows costs, expand to the world, new fans for weeks, months or years, etc).

Adam, I am a big fan of wrestling, thanks for TEW!

I'm kinda dubious about the idea. The concrete realisation of this feat would take a lot of time. It's gonna get critisised and imagine the loading times.

But the concept itself is good.

I'm not sure about this. I mean, the sheer amount of data involved would be mind-boggling, (At least, compared to TEW or WMMA by themselves) and you can't just stash the code for one game into another and pray for a new game to come out. Adam would have to develop an entirely new UI, code for not just one, but two games, as well as come up with new coding to make them run together, and I have trouble believing this could be done without major gameplay issues.

I like it, but it's going to require double duty, especially on Adam and any Modding.

TEW stats are not compatible to WMMA stats, for one. You would have to have a double set, outside of possibly the physical (Strength, Stamina, etc.). Also weights and such would be ok, but you would have to use the "REAL" heights and weights of Wrestlers, which are quite a few times bloated, although not as much as they used to be.

It's a fun thought. I always thought that it would have been easier to fill in WMMA guys into the TEW game, rather then make a seperate WMMA game. However, all the elements in the WMMA game seem so fun (especially the fight's). I wouldn't mind those elements be in TEW as well.

Would love to see it blended, and would definately put 70 USD into something like that, if it was ever conceived.

IF it was possible to do all the things you can in both right now, I'm sure many people would want it over buying two seperate games. Fact.. I'm sure more poeple would buy it then the other two games combined. More features = better game in most of our opinions. It would have to be really good though. Meaning, you would have to see the wrestling match's (descriptions of them) as well as the WMMA match's.

However, No doubt in my mind that something like this would get more then the combination of WMMA and TEW put together.

Just sounds like it would be 10 times harder to make something like that.

Does sound like a nifty idea, though as others have mentioned, I imagine this project would be colossal to say the least. Especially if you also had an option to run an MMA promotion that also had angles (like a true hybrid of MMA and wrestling).
