Could you recall what may have potentially triggered it, maybe a rivalry or a certain personality? I have had multiple saves that went several years and I've never seen it happening

I think certain personality (not persona) traits have a higher chance of it happening, but I remember one fight for me it happened at the end of a close back-and-forth standup fight. It was ended by mounted punches and the winner just kept going after the TKO.

I think there's some influence, but it's mostly random.

It might just be a coincidence but every fighter I've seen get suspended for after the bell shenanigans has had the Aggressive personality trait

Please see the FAQ pinned to the top of the Technical Support forum. If that doesn't solve your issue, you would need to post a new thread there.

Does anybody know if the game can randomly generate new potential Owners and CEOs as it goes? Can retired workers become them? Or do these need to be managed manually?

Currently having issues with the ranking system.

I ran an open weight division and the rankings were never updated. I then ran smaller catch weight divisions and still no fighters show. However the rival company has a ranking system that works aswell as their fighters then bring added to my rankings If I sign them.

Fezzik for example is there number 1 HW.
My HW/SHW division is combined and has no eanojng system.
When I sign fezzik he becomes my number 1 in that division.

Note that he also has a lot less fights than most of my roster.

What are the most realistic settings for a modern day real world game in terms of injury frequency, training effectiveness, relationship generation etc.? I haven't played WMMA5 deep enough to get a sense of this.

I'm a bit confused about PPV revenue.

One show made $1.6 million with a commercial rating of 70%, the next (same company size) made $158 thousand with a commercial rating of 76%.

The only difference was that I added broadcasters Los Deporte Hoy (Tiny in Mexico, Advertising-based) and UK Broadcasting Digital (Insignificant in UK, Internet subscription based).

They don't overlap with any of the other broadcasters.

Why would the revenue drop 90%?

Where were both shows held? And what was the quality of the second one?

Same location - Texas. Just had a third show in the same location, with an even more confusing result.

First show: 70% critical, 70% commercial, $1,600,000 PPV
Second show: 73% critical, 76% commercial, $158,000 PPV
Third show: 72% critical, 87% commercial, $252,000 PPV

I had one a bit earlier which made $2,400,000 million off PPV with only a 79% commercial rating, so now I'm baffled.

My next show has a dream ME, so I'm a bit worried that it'll get a similarly low revenue.

EDIT: Aha, I think I've figured it out. I removed UK Broadcasting Digital, and the next show made $7,000,000 on PPV. Maybe having an internet-based broadcaster kills PPV, even if it's limited to a single area.

I've noticed that having any free access one tends to do that. Likely due to to the idea of VPNs?

I could absolutely understand it if it was free, like SportsTube, but this was subscription-based.

Oh well, at least I know now!

Isn't PPV $ influenced by the rating of the previous show? If your show that did big $ was immediately following that 87%, I bet that was it.
