Default KANZEN PRO: I'll Show You Lucha!

Hmmm, a flip here.... a senton there.... Evil cackle.... aaaaaaaand SCENE!!!

Oh, sorry, I didn't see you there. My name is Atlantis.... Jr. I am the booker of a... let's say unique company called Kanzen Pro. You probably don't want to hear the history of the promotion but right now.... Wait, you... you do want to hear the history of the promotion? Wow, um, you must be a hardcore fan.
Well I guess it all started with two grumpy men on a windy night in Mexico City....

I was in bed when, let's say an old friend called me in the middle of the night. It was Spanish Superfly, calling me at 10pm on a Friday, where else would you but in bed. There was a conversation about me wearing my mask in bed but that's irrelevant... in fact I don't even see why I mentioned it....
Anyway, so Superfly wanted to meet up with me. So the next day, that's what we did. To be honest, I can't remember much after we talked about MPWF, then I was brought back to consciousness by him talking about opening a wrestling company.

"Yeah, go for it. Sounds like fun."

"Great so you're in?"

"What?"

Basically, I was his first call to be booker. Thing is, Supe and I, we have very different opinions on wrestling.

"So, bright colours, colourful characters, masks, all that stuff, yeah?"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Colourful characters?"

"Yeah, traditional Lucha, 'Lantis. That's our product."

I always hated that nickname... Anyway, I love Lucha and all, but I'm more into realism, nasty holds, stiff strikes, graceful dives, that kinda stuff.

"Look Supe, I have no interest in booking that product, if you wanna go and waste your money on this, go ahead, but I'm not going to be involved"

"You signed the contract, 'Lantis. You're already in the deep end of this"

Conniving son of a..... Well, there you have it, I was locked in, padlock on the door, key thrown to the depths of hell and I was booking a promotion I had no interest or know how to do so. However, the conversation ended a little more... let's say bitter.

"So, Traditional Lucha... Right?"

"Yeah Traditional Lucha."

"Great, I'll see you tomorrow for the roster. Our Traditional Lucha promotion is about to take off"

This is when Supe left. I grumbled to myself.

"You want Lucha, Oh I'll show you Lucha!"

So that all continued the next day. Thing is Supe was, well, there no toher way to say it but tight with money. I expected maybe 50 to 100k would be our budget. He had been around for a long time and at the top of the business no less. However, I got 10k to work with, that is extremely tight to try and make a show out of. I thought Supe would then be cautious with said money I was going to be handed a roster and be told to make magic with it. However, Supe decided to be reasonable and let us pick six workers each. Seemed like a reasonable idea, so this is who we got.

El Hijo del Fantasma
Push: Main Event
Disposition: Rudo
Superfly’s first pick, I didn’t expect him to pick a guy so young. He says he has all the tools to be the best in the company, I don’t know about that and although I’d be annoyed with a pick like this usually, from what I saw back in MPWF, he seems to be a decent talent, definitely something I can work with. I’m not too sure about him though so, I’ll have to test him out, but hey, it’s not like he can’t wrestle… right?

Mascara Roja Jr
Push:
Midcard
Disposition: Rudo
My first pick, Roja is a splendid athlete who has both technical and high flying abilities, perfect for the realistic type of lucha. Although I don’t know how he’ll fit in this product, I couldn’t pass on a talent like Roja, and despite the lack of fit, I’ll find something for him to do, might even throw him in the ring with me, see how he gets on.

Chess Maniac
Push:
Main Event
Disposition: Rudo
Superfly’s second pick and really somebody I have more problems with signing then I probably should. Look, Chess Maniac is a talent, no doubt but we don’t have the money to be paying him almost a fifth of our entire budget to have him wrestle once? Extremely hard to even see how I’d use him with the money I’d have to pay him for his services, but Superfly thought that he and I would draw for the first show and we probably would but I ain’t going to book him unless I know we can afford to.

Sabra Man Jr
Push:
Upper Midcard
Disposition: Tecnico
My second pick and another athlete who's tough as nails. Although he holds more of a technical side to his game, Sabra is no doubt a guy I can use. Where he goes from here who knows, but the more athletic guys I get in here, the better.

La Bestia Purpura
Push:
Upper Midcard
Disposition: Rudo
Superfly’s third pick and I must commend Superfly for bringing in a talent like La Bestia Purpura. Look, I know Supe has brought him in cause of his gimmick but this is the protege of Manuel Prieto and that just shows me he has solid wrestling skill. It’s just everything else I’m not sure of. It’s a wait and see game with all of this roster, no doubt but I feel Purpura is one of the few that could go either way, as in be one of our biggest stars, or he may not be.

Pajaro Del Fuego
Push:
Midcard
Disposition: Rudo
Pick number three for me and legitimacy is key and I wanted that. You can clearly see in my first three picks that’s all I’ve gone for and Del Fuego is probably the one that fits that mold the best. Although he doesn’t seem to be a great, he looks the part and I like that about him. He’ll get every opportunity to prove himself.

El Orgulloso
Push:
Upper Midcard
Disposition: Tecnico
Fourth for Supe, and boy he’s gone out into left field. This guy has hair…. That’s about it. Or well, that's what I know about him. Not to say he can’t break out and be a star, sure he can but I know nothing about him. He does have a decent look about him, he’s in good shape. He certainly look like he has all the tools but what we don’t know is what happens when he steps between them ropes.

El Águila Amarilla (El Hijo del Aguila)
Push:
Midcard
Disposition: Tecnico
Fourth pick by me and I decided to get a project. This kid is just twenty four years of age with just three years experience. All and all he’s seems like a nice starting point although he has a decent look, but you wouldn’t say his physique wows you or anything. Certainly somebody I’d like to trot out there on the first show.

El Bandido Pícaro (Hijo del Vigilante)
Push:
Upper Midcard
Disposition: Rudo
Pick number five, and a rather weird one. Vigilante was in MPWF for six months and had one match. He looked pretty decent for his age, but Supe thought he was good enough to try out. This is a great opportunity for him, but I don’t know how high I am on him, or how high he is in Supe’s mind.

Green Diamond
Push:
Main Event
Disposition: Tecnico
Number five pick on my side and I decided to get some “name value” to join myself and Maniac. He’s not quite as over, but people know him from his run with SOTBPW. He’s a bit green (both literally and characterally, that isn’t a word, I know.) but has time to develop. Not quite sure where he’ll fit in right now but I’ll just have to try out a few things.

Screamer
Push:
Lower Midcard
Disposition: Rudo
Ugh, pick six for Supe and it’s a narrow minded one. All you gotta do is look at him and know why he got signed. No, not look at him wrestle, literally just look at him. My, that’s a mighty cool mask he has. I guess it’s true people aren’t wearing the Magik or Aprendiz Jr. masks anymore, hell even I changed my mask to a more modern look recently, but signing a guy just cause of his cool mask is a rather silly idea. I dunno, I prefer luchadors than a person in a mask.

Sunburst
Push:
Midcard
Disposition: Tecnico
My last pick and really, Sunburst deserves better. A natural talent, Sunburst has everything I look for in a luchador. He’s a natural face, you can’t help but like the guy but that’s the thing, he’s too nice, too approachable. Now, of course, that can work too but I feel Sunburst is a guy people won’t take seriously regardless of the way you portray him, oh well, I couldn’t pass on his talent and his fee was really low too, a bargain.

So, yeah. A bunch of misfits, but hey I never expected the next Champagne Lover, or Axxis Jr, or Soul Taker to just drop into our lap, ready to go. You gotta work at these things, and that’s where we looked towards our first show. Thing was both myself and Supe had vowed not to work for free until the company was in a better financial decision. I was extremely nervous before that as Supe and myself had contracts of 2k an appearance. However, I wouldn't say I wasn't nervous after this. I still was, who wouldn’t but it’d be alright….. Wouldn’t it?

Atlantis Jr. v La Bestia Purpura
El Hijo del Fantasma v Green Diamond
Pajaro Del Fuego v Sunburst

Saw your words in the preview thread, excited to see the starting roster. If you expand to non-lucha characters to diversify a bit, I would recommend Martyr, if he can hack the product.
I shall be following this for sure, I need a new C-Verse diary to fall in love with and this is right up my alley.

Atlantis Jr. v La Bestia Purpura

I think Atlantis is that kind of booker that thinks highly of himself, im not saying he is arrogant, im saying, he isnt sure about La Bestia Purpura, so he has him in a match to prove himself, but instead of facing him against a Ring General, he chose himself as he thinks even if Bestia flops he can still save the match, and i think that in an evaluation match he will give himself a win.

El Hijo del Fantasma v Green Diamond

Atlantis, isnt so sure about El Hijo del Fantasma, so he needs to prove himself, but prove himself doesnt mean winning in a match, I think Atlantis feels more attracted to Diamond as a Worker, and as a popularity Machine, as he hopes people will still recognize him from his run on SOTBPW that probably would make it the most popular wrestler on the roster.

Pajaro Del Fuego v Sunburst

Mostly, I feel good vibes from Pajaro del Fuego, also, I have the other 2 matches won by Tecnicos, I think at least a match needs to be won by a Rudo.

I also want to say how this hits closely to home, because even if im not mexican, im latinamerican, and in my home they only transmitted Mexican Wrestling, so I feel at home, now all i have to do is learn about the Mexican Scene in the game, because honestly I have passed most of my time in Canada in the Game

Incidents before the Show

You know those first shows you here about and how they went so well and things just fell into place, well, our first show.... wasn't like that. The first thing I see when I come in the door is Supe telling me about this meeting he has scheduled with Green Diamond in an hour or so, to go over some of the things he's going to be doing tonight, about an hour and a half later, Supe comes back, saying Diamond never showed up.

Eventually, Diamond did show up but I wasn't too happy about him not showing up the meeting, but I also understood this was our first show, things were going to be a bit ragged and he did look like he genuinely got caught doing something, he was all up in a heap. So I took the high road, and talked to him a bit. Nothing more than a slap on the wrist stating that this was unacceptable and I'd hope he comes for any meetings and such on time. He just seem to stand there and take it without much backchat or excuses, we'll have to wait and see.

Our referee, Alejandro Pascual also decided to make the locker room even worse, generally being a grump and feeling sorry for himself. He basically moaned all day and the guys in the locker room was getting bummed out. Supe demanded a wrestlers court. I'd never been to one myself but due to our small roster, everybody got to attend. Supe was the judge and found him guilty telling him to shut up or cheer up and he'd have to buy drinks for everybody after the show. That's a bit steep if you ask me. The funny thing was I could hear somebody remark that they weren't going to go to the after party tonight but free drinks are hard to turn down.

As you can imagine at this stage, morale was pretty low for the day. People were kind of depressed, nervous and a plethora of other things. When Sunburst came up to me. I really don't think I've ever seen such a gentleman in my entire life. The bubbly 25 year old thought that with the events that happened today, a video game tournament would lift everybody's spirits. I told him go for it. He set it up, organised it, got some drinks and food for the guys to eat while playing or watching. It was a great hour or so playing. Sunburst himself won the tournament, but it certainly lifted everybody's spirits. Sunburst can be a little pessimistic at times, but he's certainly somebody I can depend on.

Kanzen: Lucha New Year
San Louis Potosi Hall (West Central Mexico)
13

v
Pajaro del Fuego (E) v Sunburst (E+)

A pretty dominating performance by Fuego here. Sunburst gets some good moves in and even makes the crowd laugh when he flinches for a clothesline from Fuego but due to his size and his flinch making him smaller, Fuego misses the clothesline. Unfortunately, that's basically all the good news Sunburst gets as a Fuego Bomb gets the first fall for Fuego and in a shock, it also gets the second fall for Fuego getting the win 2-0.
Winner: Pajaro Del Fuego
Rating: 25/ E
Atlantis' Thoughts: A decent opener but Fuego was off his game. He told me straight afterwards saying he can perform better than that but he was in the ring with Sunburst and that helped him stay on track. Can't fault either guy here for their effort or the performance.

In a mysterious dark part of the arena, there is a door slightly ajar. One can hear weird chants from said door but they cannot really be made out. Suddenly there’s a WHOOOOOOOSH and a flashing white light. Then a mysterious figure wearing a black futuristic type mask emerges from the room and walks out of frame when evil cackling can be heard from inside the room. “KYEK KYEK KYEK”.
Rating: 27/ E
Atlantis' Thoughts: I'm not surprised that this was just an average promo, Fantasma the name may be well known, but this guy isn't. Then again this was more about planting the seeds more than anything else.

Backstage, a camera is following Green Diamond around. He passes numerous crew members and turns to the camera and you should see some of the guys up here. Then it freeze frames and Green Diamond talks over it, stating that the fans already know him but… before the video switches to a one to one documentary style shoot where Green Diamond introduces himself and calls himself a reality tv star. It then returns to the original video of Diamond walking backstage before he meets up with Sunburst, who for some reason has a crown of four leaf clovers, a horseshoe and a box of lucky charm cereal for some reason. Diamond asks him what he’s doing and Sunburst said he lost his match so he’s trying to use these symbols to get lucky so he’ll win next week. Diamond seems interested but the camera freeze frames. Diamond speaks over it introducing Sunburst as one of the first people he became friends with in Kanzen and says he’s a good egg and a bit of a goofball. The video starts again before a “PECAW” echos out. Diamond has no idea what it is but Sunburst is shocked and states that it’s the sound of the lucky mythological peacock. He then rushes off to find it while Green Diamond hastily follows him.
Rating: 35/ E+
Atlantis' Thoughts: This was a fun little angle, not only that but it also set the seeds for some stuff down the line. Sunburst is a good goofy character and the image of him sitting in a chair surrounded by good luck symbols sounded funny to me. Thought it landed well too so no problems with this one.

v
Green Diamond (E+) v Mysterious Luchador (D-)

The mystrious luchador really comes out of the traps against his well known opponent and it costs him early as Diamond is able to sneak a pinfall to go one up early on. However, from there, it's all the mysterious luchador, he is extremely aggressive and dodges moves with lighting fast reflexes that the crowd and Diamond cannot believe. He gets one back on diamond with a Boston Crab, forcing Diamond to tap. He releases the hold only to apply it again and the Mysterious Luchador wins 2-1 via submission
Winner: Mysterious Luchador
Rating: 29/ E
Atlantis' Thoughts: I initially was going to give this to Diamond but after his shenanigans earlier, I changed my mind. Fantasma did well here and Diamond kept up his side of the bargain. I can't really complain about all these segments they're doing pretty well considering this is our first show.

Backstage, Atlantis Jr. stand there waiting to go out in front of his fans when Spanish Superfly shows up. He walks up to Atlantis and ask him if they’ll be having a few beers after tonight's show. Atlantis remains silent and motionless. Superfly suddenly remembers that Atlantis is mute and states he would’ve liked to have remember that before he hired him. Atlantis again remains silent. Superfly walks off asking why Atlantis has to be so mysterious all the time, again Atlantis doesn’t react, acting mysteriously as he does it.
Rating: 49/ D+
Atlantis' Thoughts: Yeah, I decided to get myself in with a bit of goofy antics. Supe did most of the work here but all we had to do was appear in front of camera to get a pop.

v
Atlantis Jr. (D+) v La Bestia Purpura (E+)

A very good match between these two, the wrestling is crisp and Pupura looks very good in the early exchanges. Extremely eager to destroy the veteran, Atlantis does his best to use his opponents aggression against him and the strategy does indeed work but Purpura does get more than enough offense in to hurt the veteran. However, that's what Atlantis is a vet and he uses that knowledge to roll up Purpura to take he lead. Purpura doesn't rake much notice of the pin and continues to ravage through his opponent in a beastly fashion and in truth, Atlantis looks outmatched by the feral Purpura. Purpura is dominating this affair when Atlantis again uses his know how to get a pin and does it winning 2-0 in a match Atantis easily could have lost.
Winner: Atlantis Jr.
Rating: 42/D
Atlantis Thoughts: Purpura certainly didn't set the world alight with his performance but I must admit we have great chemistry together. Just the way we wrestled out there with each seemed so right and fluid I felt like I was wrestling him every week for ten years. Purpura isn't a bad talent either,
he's not fully polished but a few more matches with me and I think he'll certainly get better and better. I won't be the only one wrestling him though, I'll give him other matches as well see how he gets on with them.

After the close match, the mysterious luchador runs out to the ring and attacks Atlantis. The mysterious one tries to defend but the sneak attack is well orchestrated and hard to counter. Mysterious luchador downs Atlantis before the mysterious luchador seems to turn off the lights with his mind and when they turn back on, the mysterious luchador has disappeared into thin air.
Rating: 34/ E+
Atlantis' Thoughts: Decent angle that plants more seeds, as time goes on these types of angles will be much better as we get our guys over

Show Rating: 40/D-
Atlantis' Thoughts: Overall, I thought this show was a success. It had good matches, decent angles and a great main event. Of course I am talking critically only here as commercially, we weren't so hot. In fact, we lost almost four and half thousand. I tried to cut corners and although I know I could've cut a few more, but even if we cut them too I still don't think we'd have been profitable, I'm gonna have to have a talk with Supe about this.

"That bad, huh?"

I don't think either of us expected to take this much of a hit early. I wasn't expecting us to make money but decimating half our budget in one show. Supe was shocked and we were brainstorming ideas on how to possibly keep the company going.

"Maybe you could invest more money, or we both could?"

"Nah that'd just drain our own funds, bad personal move"

He was right too, We needed somebody to fund us, we needed a rich billionaire to buy Supe out, though I doubt he'd sell the company. Despite the fact that I put this company into Lucha Overdrive, Supe loved it. I still resented him because of his restraints on the product but I enjoyed booking the show, I just didn't want it to end yet. That's when a lightbulb went off in my head. I brought Supe over to the computer, a quick search online and I showed what could be our answer.

"You think that'll work?"

"It's our best shot"

"Alright, let's try it."

Who would have thought that after all this time, after all my years in Lucha, I'd be copying an idea to keep a Lucha company alive in Mexico, from a Lucha company in New Zealand.

Hello everybody, my name is Atlantis Jr and I am the head booker of a wrestling company in Mexico by the name of Kanzen Pro. We recently held our first show to very positive critical analysis and we loved every minute of it and if you'd like to check out our show, check out the link in the description below.

However, despite our success in critical terms, commercially, we didn't do so well. Being such a small company, with limited funds and a small marketing budget, we weren't able to attract the fans to cover the cost of our first show. We love this company and have enjoyed making it what it is in it's first show, but running another show could be catastrophic to us and we aren't ready to give up quite yet.

So, we look out to you, the wrestling community to help this little company that wants to turn into the this little company that could to donate your hard earned cash to us so we can keep running shows do the thing we love to do, entertain the people. So, whether you were at our first show and want to help out, saw some of our videos online and want to support or simply a member of the wrestling community that wants to help out the little guys in the business, we greatly appreciate any donation given to help our cause, and maybe you'll be able to influence a Lucha company like you never thought you would.

So, if you'd like to donate, please pick one of the options down below and after a few clicks you will have helped us survive for another show.

Goodbye for now and thank you for listening.

OOC: The Explanation

Okay, so this may sound a bit odd and confusing but this part here is to clear things up about it. As I have said, Kanzen is in financial trouble and instead of taking the easy way out and having Spanish Superfly just re-invest I have found a way to make it an interaction with you guys.

Basically, like ZEN did in the C-Verse, Kanzen has opened a Kickstarter for fans to donate to keep the company alive. However, this will be treated as if you are said fans. Every show, you will get to choose one of the donations above to give money to Kanzen. You get to chose which one and how much for the regular donation. However, you cannot simply pledge money to Kanzen like your a millionaire, there's a catch. Each of the predictors on the first show will be given $10,000 starting money, every predictor afterwards will be given less depending on how many shows they missed. Each of you will have $1000 dollars expenditure each month (rent, food, bills etc) that must be paid every month. You will also get income based on a RNG that can give you any income from $600 to $2,500 on a monthly basis. However, you will only receive income if you predict on the next show or you comment on the show on your though about it, so simply commenting "Comment" or anything similar to qualify you for your income for the month will not suffice. Any donations you make will be deducted from your $10,000 (or whatever your balance is) and added to the budget of Kanzen Pro. If the budget if Kanzen ever goes into debt, this diary ends. If your budget hits zero, you will be given one more show to get back into the positive, but if you don't you will be disqualified from the prediction contest for the rest of the year. You can start again once the new year hits. Now, I know that seems very complicated, so why would you want to do this?

Well, there's a prediction contest in this diary that will go on a yearly basis, so 12 shows, that if you win it will give you a substantial amount of control of what way the diary goes over the year afterwards. You'll be asked numerous different questions such as "Who should win the main title and when?" "Who'll be hired/fired?" "Who should get a push/jobbed out?" and a plethora of other questions that will impact the diary. I'll even be asking for just simple ideas from time to time if I can't find something for the next show. These decisions, however, will not be counted to your prediction score, so if you make a decision about a match coming up, you can not get a point for getting it right, you can also refuse to help me with matches and such if you don't want to lose out on the point from the match in the prediction contest. But, what has that got to do with the donations? For every dollar you donate to Kanzen, it will be one point added to your prediction contest score. So if you score 5 in the prediction contest and donated $100, that means you have 105 points in the prediction contest. Also, for every show you predict on, your show score will be multiplied. So, predicting on three shows is times three, four shows is times four, but it will only multiply your prediction scores, not your donations.

Finally, this is not compulsory and may not be running at all. If you want to predict on the shows and not get mixed up in all the money and donations and such, than there is no problem, just state that you are not taking place in the prediction contest in your show predictions and work away. Also, if people don't want to do this, don't like the idea, think it's stupid, I don't get enough people involved or something like that, please say so. I think this is something that could be very cool, not just for this diary but for reader interaction and even create a new diary type called the "Kickstarter Challenge". Any comments or questions about this are welcome.

Also, I would like to thank everybody for their support with this diary so far. I would like to thank bonnie and XMultiGames for their support across all three of my diaries and I would like to thank Kijar and Briskout for their comments for support. Any comments on the show are welcome and thank you for reading.
Quote:
Rulebook (Shortened version)
  • Each of the predictors on the first show will be given $10,000 starting money, every predictor afterwards will be given less depending on how many shows they missed
  • Each of the predictors will have $1000 dollars expenditure each month (rent, food, bills etc) that must be paid every month.
  • You will also get income based on a RNG that can give you any income from $600 to $2,500 on a monthly basis. However, you will only receive income if you predict on the next show or you comment on the show on your though about it, so simply commenting "Comment" or anything similar to qualify you for your income for the month will not suffice.
  • Any donations you make will be deducted from your $10,000 (or whatever your balance is) and added to the budget of Kanzen Pro.
  • For every dollar you donate to Kanzen, it will be one point added to your prediction contest score. So if you score 5 in the prediction contest and donated $100, that means you have 105 points in the prediction contest. Also, for every show you predict on, your show score will be multiplied. So, predicting on three shows is times three, four shows is times four, but it will only multiply your prediction scores, not your donations.
  • If the budget if Kanzen ever goes into debt, this diary ends.
  • If your budget hits zero, you will be given one more show to get back into the positive, but if you don't you will be disqualified from the prediction contest for the rest of the year.
  • Every predictor will receive a $10,000 dollar increase to their finances at the start of a new year/prediction contest as long as they agree to take part of the Kickstarter prediction contest again.
  • The winner of the prediction contest will receive a massive amount of power in the booking of Kanzen for a full in game year.

First off, good show. Very intrigued to see where you go, how you introduce belts (if you do) and LOVE the Green Diamond character. I've wanted to do a reality type character in a diary and I think it works in a Mexican company quite well.

Second, I love the kickstarter idea. I would love to go ahead and donate for Green Diamond to appear, every month, until kingdom come, he loses his mask or that big promotion comes knocking. I may donate more, depending on how much Green Diamond costs, but let's go ahead and start there.

Alternatively, if Kanzen makes a profit and you picked this donation, no money will be taken out of your account.
This killed me.

"So, anything from Kickstarter?"

"Very little interest so far, but our next shows matches has been announced"

All in all, I didn't expect a big response right away and although this was a long shot in every stretch of the word, it might help us survive the first few months.

"I never expected this, you know?"

I know that was coming. He expected that 10k would be enough to get us going but these days, you need to be paying good money to workers to get them interested in working for you. That's the way the industry has gone.

"I know that, neither did I. If this is our last show, what of it? We've had fun right?"

"We have"

Lifting spirits was never my cup of tea to be honest, but hey I wasn't going to leave my boss mope around and think about what could have been.

"So, what's next?"

"Basically, we wait."

Supe didn't seem too impressed with that answer but that's the only answer I could give. I could try my best to stretch out a few more shows out of the money we had, but that'd be maybe one or two shows at the most. Without the fans help we were done. That's when Supe said something that surprised me.

"We got a decent reply from the first show, despite you trying to sabotage it..."

I don't think I had ever been apart an a silence this awkward ever. He knew what I did, he knew I ramped everything up to 11. I was sweating now, it's one thing to defy your boss behind your back, it's another thing when they notice.

"I'd think we'd better run with that, don't you?"

He... wanted to change the product?

"I think that's the best way to make money, we may have found a niche and if we can survive in these early tough months, we could be very profitable down the line"

He was right, this change was for the best.

"uh, yeah, sure."

"The fans want Lucha, let's give them Lucha, agreed?"

"Agreed"

Oh, they want Lucha, huh? Don't you worry, I'll give them Lucha. I'll show them the best damn Lucha they've seen, as long as we survive long enough...

Predictions Scores

Now the predictions score. What the score below indicates is the score you got, multiplied by the amount of shows you predicted on. Your donation would also be added to this but seems the first show had no donations, they are zero so I didn't add them.

Kijar 3 x 1 = 3
bonnie 2 x 1 = 2
XMultiGames 2 x 1 = 2
Briskout 1 x 1 = 1

Money

Okay, now the money. Down below is what each of you have in your bank. All of you will start with $10,000. Any additions/subtractions will be made in this section. All of you have been included, if you'd prefer to be left out of this please indicate this in your predictions. Any new predictors that start on this show will start with $7,500, just to give the people who were here first more money as they were here first. Please make sure that you know that if you are a new predictor you start with $7,500 not $10,000.. For more info on the Kickstarter Challenge, please see the Kickstarter post.

Kijar $10,000
bonnie $10,000
XMultiGames $10,000
Briskout $10,000

EDIT: Something I forgot to add to the main kickstarter post but added just there. If your budget hits zero, you will be disqualified from the prediction contest for the rest of the year. You can start again once the new year hits
