Default Worker/Promotion relationship

Probably to big of a suggestion, but one I wanted to put out before I forgot about it is adding a new scale of where a worker stands with a relationship toward a promotion. If they feel favorably to their time in the promotion as well as the overall feelings of the promotion toward the worker (boss, locker room, business style)

It could be a tick of four options strongly negative, negative, neutral, positive, strongly positive

If the worker is a known headache that angered both the owner and lockerroom or if a very large part of the current lockerroom dislikes them it would be strongly negative.

Now one could tie it to employment history, the more positive the relationship with the worker the more likely they are to work together again.

Could also set up a mending of the fences, either the worker asking for a second chance or the company reaching out because they see money in the former disgruntled employee.
