Default AI to Player Buyout and Job Offers by other promotions

I think the AI should be able to take interest in your booking ability and opt to give you a job offer in one of two ways:

1. Your current company is bleeding money, and is about to close down, but a wealthier company offers to buy you out. In return for buying out your promotion (the AI will randomly choose to either let it continue as a child company or let it disband), the company that buys you out will install you as their new head booker and put their hold head booker as the owner/booker of the new child territory (if it remains alive). The AI will only offer you a job if 1. Your show grades are high relative to size or 2. Your reputation is high

2. I think that the system of finding a new job as an unemployed Booker needs to change. In a lot of cases, if I apply to be a booker or owner, I get rejected most of the time, even with a fairly high rep. Instead, I think the AI should choose to remove an owner/booker from their spot a month before they actually do. In the process, if your rep is high enough or if you are considerably skilled or over, they will come to you about a job offer to be a booker. If you accept, you will be the booker immediately, if not then they remove the booker the beginning of the next month and they select the new one the same way they do now.
