Unfortunately no. The Player's Handbook in the game is fairly decent, though, and there's lots of information in all the different menus if you click the ? buttons.
Just play and play and play and play and play. Don't be afraid to restart saves over and over. Thankfully the game is fairly straightforward. You can do more advanced stuff, but most players can get by by just booking shows honestly. I know I do, and I've played every single WMMA game. The game also supports pretty much every booking style you could possibly think of-- from booking one sided tomato can fights to tight matchups throughout the card, so I would say a guide would be fairly useless.
