I have a set of wireless headphones I got sometime ago at Radioshack. They recently started causing me to suffer bad ear pain and even headaches when I use them. I don't know why this is. Maybe they are just old? Its only coming from one side as of now.

It could be many things. The cover of the plastic is wearing thin so it's causing irritation or something like that. It could be the audio is causing internal damage to your ears? I'd suggest if the pain gets worse to see your ear doctor and get some tests done. |

I agree with moon_lit
My only other option, is if its your sweat. Its getting hot out now, with the summer in all around here. If you wear them too much, the sweat can cause alot of problems by itself. That, and its going to keep your head warmer possibly, and maybe that could cause the headaches? All the same, you should probably at very least stop using the headphones. |

If your ear pain is internal you need to not use those headphones anymore and go to the doctor as soon as you can. You mentioned headaches. That could be serious or it could be nothing. Just at least call the doctor and see what they say.
If it's external it could be several things, but I'd probably discontinue use of headphones that caused me pain regardless. |
