Default (1.57) Wrestler injured even with injuries off

My injury frequency is set to "NONE" and Xia Brookside tore her Meniscus on the third day of my new save.

UPDATE: Kay Lee Ray also just got a Depressed Zygomatic Fracture on the 7th day

NEW UPDATE: Nitro just got a lower leg contusion on day 8

All in CPU companies

No, they aren't, they're two separate parts of the game. I'm planning to change that for the next patch, however, so that the injury setting affects both equally.
