Just received the response. I'm wondering if either it was an issue with the email domain or if I had too many emails built up. Anywho, thank you for the assistance from both you and Scott!

I actually encountered the same error as Matt. I sent an email as well, but it was only yesterday. I copied you on to it. Did it go through?

Yes. The issue was not with mails being received by us, it was with them being received by customers.

Thank you.
You simply need to re-run the installer, which can be downloaded from the Downloads section of the site. If you did not unlicense your game before formatting then you would need to contact Scott to get your license reset; details for this are covered in the FAQ pinned to the top of the TEW2016 Technical Support forum.

Hello

I unlicensed my copy of Tew 2016 on my computer as I've got a new comp.

I tried to licence Tew on my new comp but I'm getting a "11" error.
