![]() For those artists who are kindly providing artwork of characters for the game, please find below links to the default backgrounds that will be used. There is a selection, so that you can select the one that works best with the character in question. The 200x200 versions, for use with the "head shot" versions, are underneath.
Please note that a tutorial by Undertaker666, the lead artist on the project, will be coming soon (to be appended to this thread); this will explain the 'default' style that is being used for his characters. I have decided to use a varied style in the game - that is, even if your work is of a vastly different style to his, I will still incorporate it into the game - but the tutorial should allow the artists who wish to try and match the game's look to do so. ![]() Please also note that:
1 - Alternate costumes and poses for the same character are supported by the game, so "variant" pictures can be incorporated. 2 - "Collective" characters are supported; this means that a group of characters who act as one can use one picture. For example, Marvel's Hand ninjas, rather than requiring hundreds of individual characters, can be simulated as one character - therefore, you could put several ninjas on one background to visually depict this.
