I wouldn't know if there is a PGO in this game, just seemed like an easy explaination for both Grunt dying and for him not getting a kill off. You're right though, that does make me wonder where the other kill went. To someone bulletproof? Maybe Max wasn't the only one to try and kill Destiny? I don't know, there's a fair amount of possibilities, but most of them sound somewhat unlikely..

Go read Marvel mafia. As much as it defies logic, I can understand how that conversation could have taken place, he inspired that much of a passionate response in folks.
