Mod Pack Question

I am a noob to WMMA2, and I want to add a mod pack. But, I have some questions.
1) Can I switch between packs such as having one saved game playing Tap or Snap and one playing As Real as it Gets and possibly another playing the default one?
2) What is the difference between Tap or Snap and As Real as it Gets?
3) How do I install these mods?

Worked it all out except for "As real as it gets" doesn't seem to have a face pack. Is there one that works with it?

Only the default face pack works for As real as it gets, we couldnt get real faces for all 5000 fighters.
