Running the game on another machine

I was wondering, can I play this game on two seperate machines? I have a PC and a laptop, the game is installed on my pc, but I would like to play it on my laptop aswell.

You can install the game on as many computers as you like, but the license can only be active on one at a time.

Oh right, so in order to do this, I have to un-licence my pc, then licence my laptop?
