CRIME SCENE

The man walked into the grizzly scene, looking around quickly. He wanted to make sure he saw everything before the police arrived and -

"Hey! Wha'do'ya think ya doin?"

He stopped and sighed. Of course he'd be here.

"I was expecting you."

"Wha do think, I'm just going to let you poke around, just because you have some 'right to know'?"

"I was hoping..."

"Yeah, well while you were doing that I was doing work. Look around. Looks like meat locker."

The description was accurate. Body parts where littered around the living room, and blood was flung haphazardly. It looked as if a beast maimed the poor victim.

"Savage..."

"This ... guy ... is un-****ing-believable."

"I'll stop him."

"Or maybe he'll do us a favor and stop you. Either way stop poking around my crime scene."

The man stood frozen. He NEEDED to investigate this area to complete his story. His line of thought was broken by a mug flying by his face. It shattered on the wall and fell to the ground.

"I said leave."

HOSPITAL

The bizarre behavior continued. She took some time away from that to look at the new victim. Interesting.

Elsewhere a woman flirted. Nothing new there.

VIRTUAL WORLD

Oh yeah! He was destroying this newbie! Taking 'em out... Runners Style!

"What happened?"

"He just called. Partial success."

"Interesting, you going to help?"

"Nah, he can take care of this one, boss."

"Okay, you do know what this means?"

"Of course."

POLICE STATION

"I told you to stay out of my business."

"I'll stay out of your business when the entire truth is reveled."

The man's phone appeared to be hacked. He looked at the display and a face was talking to him. It was green and looked like it was made of lines of code. The voice was scrambled and deepened, there was no way to guess who it was.

The Ripper...strikes again. The next victim will be close to you."

"Get the hell out of MY office and get that ... thing out too."

We can't have that. Don't want to make things easy for the Ripper. Unless of course, you're the Ripper. In which case that would be cause for the rest of us to celebrate. Actually, not sure we want that reglardless of who you are. Heads exploding can get very messy.
