The way I see it, if you can't make even a semi-reasonable update post here and there, (maybe once a month??) then take the forum off the board until you can.

Otherwise, people shouldn't be surprised at the frustration of not knowing what the heck is going on here.

Now come on guys! Let's not hurry Arlie. After all, he does have a wife
and a child to deal with. It's not like other game develepers have families
or other jobs to deal with. So let's just give him a break. The game will be
done when it's done. It's only been a year. If we don't like it, we can always
make our own game.

If it takes 4 or 5 years, it'll be worth it. Take all the time you possibly need Arlie. If it should take more than 5 years, it will still be worth it. Heck, if it should take more than 6 years, again, it will be well worth it. I just can't wait to this baby comes out.

Development on this game is most likely dead....

This thread should be shut down with an announcement that this is not going to happen. Oh well back over to the OOTP and Wolverine Studios boards.

Every couple of days I've been checking this forum for an update, at this point I don't care about a real update though. I don't care if the game is still a year or two away, I just want to know if the game is still being made.

I don't think that's asking for too much. Please Arlie, let us know if we're wasting our time.

Using the word "slowly" to describe the pace of this game's development, heck even the pace of updates from the developer, means assigning way too much speed to both processes. There must be another word.

Well, there is no reason to expect it any time before the football season starts up again, so... I imagine he'll want to hit that date otherwise he'll miss out on an important time of release.

I'm fine with whatever as long as the game comes out one day.

i'd like to suggest an integration of players from Bowl Bound CF. When you have a saved game up to let's say 2020, then you can import that data into the pro game and the players that graduated and declared early retain their attributes and get drafted in the respective years, and then after 2020 it would just have computer generated ones drafted. it would add value to both games. i would probably not stop playing them.
