I just did this for fun, so, eh. Done in 300x300 pixels like Adam's topic states for Headshots.

Don't think any of them are supposed to have backgrounds, and they need to be in .gif format. You don't want to have any background whatsoever, so that it's transparent.

You had to of cut them, perhaps you saved the raw file so you could do different backgrounds if you wanted to?

I believe as in TEW, the whole graphics area will be able to be changed, so you can make a total different background out of the "background". You will probably be able to still utilize that idea, only in a way bigger way, and perhaps a bit easier once you've done it, since you would only have to cut the pics from then on.

I've managed to alter it so that jpg and bmp formats will also be accepted. For these head shots (which look great BTW), that means you should be able to use them as is, without any changes. For the full body shots, I do however recommend cutting them to GIF format, as otherwise they will look very odd in some parts of the game.

The cuts are awesome...background included, but I understand the issue with the background. I must add, however, the Fedor's pic isn't very flattering...the man looks dead.
