Default Mod Making Help

If Adam or anyone could help me with this, it would be great help.

I'm creating a mod for early 2002, right after RINGS closed, so Fedor is a free agent.

Anyway, my question is what kind of base level is used for younger or guys who haven't debuted yet.

GSP would be a 19/20 (near the top levels) in 2007, but back in 2003 he had only one fight in a small promotion. Obviously giving him a 19 level would be too high, but how far down do you go? Is there a way to secure that he will be a top fighter in a few years?

Also, guys who haven't debuted yet. How are they dealt with, what would be the top level for a guy who just debuted?

I think there might be a guy or two but I am at work and can't find the names. There are a couple of guys working for Gamma who are like 2-0 or so and might make good examples of a up and coming young fighter with loads of potential. Of course you would need to adjust for fighting style, etc. One thing you have to keep in mind is that there is no way to guarantee someone will become a superstar, there are hidden ratings that impact such things and you can not control it or at least that is how I understand it to be.

Just experiment!!! And be sure to post your results!!
