Default Fighters progression / decline??

Do fightes on their own join "teams" or "gyms"?? How does this work in WMMA?

Will a fighters stats improve (or decline) over time within this Sim?

Yes fighters join teams on their own, your notified on the internet of it. I have played the six weeks a couple of times and have noticed it quite a bit.
I imagine that fighters will improve, reach their peak, decline and retire.

If their is some type of progression....this will be very interesting......(is it based off age?...do win streaks help, etc, etc, ????).

Also, while I do notice some guys joining teams.....I think the whole camps area is one area that could have a little more development down the road. Having more guys assoicated with camps (or being able to start out, with putting guys in certain camps) could be interesting....

Actually this is something I've been wondering about. Is there any way to influence fighter relations as an owner? Will fighters be more likely to become friends/join each others camps when they have fights vs. each other or fight on the same card? You see this happen fairly often in the fight game.

I'd have to imagine there will be some type of progression in the game once guys get more fights and such.

But I'm thinking maybe they are always as skilled as they're going to be and they just have to win fights to deserve title shots and stuff.

That may sound confusing but what I mean is Callum Henson a good young LW whose only 4-0 beat Sean Morrisson for the LW title in one of mine so I don't know.

It is going to be interesting to find out exactly how this all works within WMMA...

Just curious, but if you wanted Sean to win why give him a guy like Henson? Sean has to get a takedown to win a fight and you threw him in there with the guy that probably has the best takedown defense in the divison. Also, Henson's standup outclasses Sean's, as you would have known by clicking on "scout." All in all, I'm not suprised by that result at all.

I'm very confident that fighters are going to improve in skill in the game, and Sean Morrision losing to a guy that is a horrible match-up for him should not be taken as evidence that they won't be improving.
