Suggestion about Contracts Negotiation
In the new TEW i want a better contract negotiation: in tew07 i ask for negotiation in profile and sometime the worker reject via email my negotiation offer (for some reason). I want i can make my contract offer and then the worker decide to accept or reject (if i offer a very higher wage he can't reply via mail the damned "...not good career move..."! Ok,only if my promotion have the same popularity of the company of he working for! Sorry for the errors in this post but i don't speak english very well!

I kind of agree with you, in some aspects of this game Loyalty is WAY overrated
