Default Promotion Relationship Ratings

Its all good and well to have a working agreement with another company but if they do not trust you, you won't get good talent off them, but if you've got a great relationship with them they will have no problem allowing you to use their title holders and head bookers.

So hence I think that it would be a good idea to have a rating for how good a relationship is between promotions. If its low, you don't get much from them, high, they'll go out there way to give you their talent.

It makes sense. I would think that the meter shouldn't just be for if they are in a relationship. So, for example you steal talent from another promotion they are less likely to accept relationships.

I guess that's a pretty good idea. Maybe it can be based on your relationship with the owner/booker, because I think a promotion relationship could fluctuate more than a personal one.

But how would your relationship with another company change? Doing what would make it better? What would make it worse?

Constantly sending them good workers that boost their show ratings would make it improve. Sending them your rubbish that they can't use really, would make it worse. By 'rubbish', I mean sending The Great Khali to NOAH rather than sending a more appropriate choice (like Shelton Benjamin or MVP or Punk or Matt Hardy or even Finlay).

Look at the 5SSW-AAA working agreement. Wouldn't 5 Star be able to use Wanda Fish moreso than Missy Masterson? If Anne Stardust sends Wanda to 5SSW for DEVIL Karube or Megumi Nakajima, that would make Sakurako look favorably upon AAA. Wanda Fish-Sensational Ogiwara or Thunder Hike in 5SSW's product is MONEY, no matter how you slice it (try it and see). That would improve their relationship. Sending them Steph Blake for DEVIL Karube would sour the relationship (again, rubbish).

Constantly jobbing their guys with no wins or draws would obviously annoy them.

Having the ability to use title holders, and perhaps defend their titles would be awesome.

I do think a meter would have to be around, as it is. A company can use your worker anyway they see fit. I think you should be able to negotiate matches during the deal.

The only one person for one person deal shouldn't be the only option. You should be able to ask for workers and negotiate something with them, not always just send another wrestler in return.
