Y'know what would be good? A Mod-Making FAQ!

Given all the complexities that go into making a gameworld work nicely, it'd be pretty sweet to see some tips and hints for avoiding common pitfalls and oversights the new modder might fall into, as well as what may be general rules of thumb to follow. As well as links to handy resources, perhaps. Decent idea, perhaps?

I'd start by offering advice myself, but I'm still trying to keep my promotions from going bankrupt so doubt I'd be of much help!

If I remember correctly I think there was one last year or the year before .. or maybe it was just an Angle/Storyline FAQ. I'm pretty sure there was a mod making FAQ somewhere though.
