Default Product Help!!!

Hello, i was wondering how to set up a promotion's product. Here are my three reqest:

1st request: I want to transform USPW from a fan-friendly promotion to what WCW was from 1996-1998 (What their product should be, not mod).

2nd request: What kind of product did ECW (1995-1999) use to have?

3rd request: What was WWE product like during 1997.

Why don't you download a real life mod of that era from the mods section?

What he meant was - if you download a mod from that time, then look at the companies in question, then you'll have their products

No, he'll have the mod-maker's idea of what their product was. The man's asking for more oppinions than that.

Putting down other peoples suggestions, saying he wants more opinons that that, yet your opinions are no where to be found?

I didn't watch any of the promotions he asked for opininons on during the time frames he asked for opinions on, so I figured it best not to offer poor advice.

Maybe i should ask: How should i set the product for the following companies(period):

ECW (95-99)? WCW(96-98)? WWE (97)?

Key feature on Mainstream? Hardcore? Comedy?

Heavy on daredevil? Pure?

Or what mod that actually depicts the three companies close to the same period (95-98) (96) (97)? Should i use ECW Worldwide data by Nevermore for the product that ECW used.

Or post what type of products you use and what style are you trying to portray?

Normally, I'd give some product advice that might be astute and well thought out. But this time, I'm at somewhat of a loss as to what to suggest since I don't remember everything about that particular period. So let's think this through in text, shall we?

WWE has been mainstream key since the 80s. I'm sure we can all agree that since the Rock & Wrestling era, their workers have been judged primarily on overness, yes? So for WWE 97, we have Mainstream - Key Feature. Now, since the days of WWWF, the promotion has had a strong traditional element to it (face/heel = very important). That being the case, go with Traditional - Heavy or Key Feature. 97 was the tail end of the Attitude era, wasn't it? If that's the case, add some Risque (not too much though, nothing above Medium, I'd say). Low to Medium Hardcore (since they had a title specifically for it, though the matches weren't exactly exploding barbed wire in intensity or danger - I'd put it at low, personally). Low Realism, low to maybe medium Comedy (Clown gimmicks, prison guard gimmicks, nothing particularly subtle, really), and the rest you can season to taste. No Cult though, as there was nothing really counter cultural about the promotion's product. The Risque covers the controversial bits, in my view.

You can do the others just by watching DVDs from that era and paying attention to the shows, from a big picture perspective.

Absolutely not... this is the direction I'm trying to pull ECW in; not exactly what it was.

ECW as it was in the day is very difficult to recreate in-game. I'll give it some thought and get back to you.
