Contract Issue?

I created a company developed by Nemesis and set his contract to be for 6 years in the editor along with his financial backers J.K. Stallings Jr. & Gil Thomas. Both of them (Thomas and Stallings) are still set for that length of a contract, however, Nemesis's contract became a 12 month contract instead of the 6 years.

I tried to use the in-game editor to put it at the max again, however, it kept on going back to the 12 month contract. With him being the owner of the company I'd hate to see him leave.

An owner's contract will always be set for 12 months. The time never decreases. In 6 months it will still say 12.
