Question about running mods under administrator mode

Hi, I'm currently using the JT Money database on WMMA3, and I've started a new game. However, I am trying to run WMMA3 as an administrator, however, the JTMoney mod is not in the game. It only has the default database. But, when I open it without being an adminstrator, it comes up....but comes up as a run-time error 75.

How do you put mods into the game and run them under an administrator? Help would be appreciated.
