If you saw the New Orleans bowl then you know what I'm talking about.
I'm a Southern Miss fan and Deandre Brown is a true freshman all star, like 6'5'' receiver we had and tonight he "fractured" his lower left leg. Much the same as tyrone prothro, but I don't know the severity of it. I'm just feeling really, really bad for him and for the team that he may never play sports again. Does anyone know of ANY receiver who has ever come back from a serious leg injury? |

Steve Smith broke his leg in the 1st game of the 2004 season. Led the NFL in catches, yards and TDs in 2005.

ok well that is reassuring, guess I can only hope that brown suffered a fractured fibula and not his tibia, but it sure was ugly.
