Is there any way in game to edit the data so that a worker that doesn't work for me atm will do?

You can edit the length of his contract

edit the contract of his employer to 1 day he will be unemployed the next day and you can pick him up. Heavy "cheating" tough.

I'm trying to sign Nemesis in my HGC 1997 game. He's already available and I'd like to use him on my show tonight. Is there any way of making him have an immediate contract with me.

I know you can do it before you start a game, but have not seen where you can give him a contract in the editor
