Question about tag teams

If two workers are setup in the database as a tag team within a certain promotion, will the computer team them together if they join a different promotion? Also, if they are set to none for the promotion will the computer team them together when they are in the same promotion?

if they are set to one promotion the computer wont team them together in a different promotion

if they are set to no specific promotion they there is a chance the computer will team them up but its not a guarantee.

Basically, a tag team set to none may both be hired and teamed up if the AI is looking for a tag team around their popularity and skill level.

However, if the AI hires one team member, and waits twelve months before hiring the second, it is likely that they won't be teamed us as their popularity levels would be so different.

This is something that I've always found annoying. I've hired a number of tag teams and sent them down to development and they develop individual, but not as a team. Even those who are set to no specific promotion. I hired the Dirty White Boyz and sent them to RIPW. Nero ends up teaming Lead Belly with Remmy Skye...
