Negotiating with fighters already on your roster

I'm sure I'm missing something, but everything I try to negotiate with a fighter who is already on my roster the game tells me that I can't because of his contract with SIGMA (which is me).

Am I doing something wrong? I'm trying to extend contracts because I need my fighters in tournaments.

You can only extend it once they are "on the market", i.e. with one fight or 28 days left.

It let me try to negotiate with a fighter who I already had signed. But it was a standard contract that I was trying to get changed to exclusive.

Do u guys also have trouble with signing new contracts with the fighters? They seem to reject all offers

Even if i try to give a fightet who wants 1.500 in base pay 250.000 he still rejects. Im sure it must be an error?

are you using a non-english version of windows?

I have a question. If you negotiate with a person on your roster and they get upset and leave the negotiation, how long before you can start negotiating with them?
