Picture help.

I have added pictures to posts before but now that I am on a new computer I am having troubles with it
Whenever I log in I dont see any pictures anymore, in any diarys or just alts in the mods section or anything. Also I completley forgot how to add pictures to my own post's.
So if someone could give me a crash course in adding pictures to posts, I would be very apprecitive.

Adding pictures is either clicking that picture that looks like a yellow sky with a couple of mountains there...

or

<IMG>address</IMG>

Except replace the <> with []

This may sound slightyly retared, but what do you mean address? Using photobucket which option do I use?
