Number One Contenders

Is there a way to have a match up for a number one contender to a title?? I know in real world when a fight is announced with the wording that the winner gets a title shot it gives that match a boost. This seems like an obvious feature in the game but I can't seem to find it. If it's not there it can be added under the matchmaking screen where you can designate a title fight? Thanks,

A number one contender match is just a regular match. The fighters next fight should be a title fight though, so really it's more something that you need to remember than the program does.

I agree with Krash, throw that idea in the suggestions forum, and maybe iot'll be put in. Having the fans know that it's a number one contenders match would more then likely boost the hype of the fight.

I wouldn't see how this could be brought in, there are a whole host of complications. If the next fight for that belt wasn't against the number 1 contender, would it take a popularity hit?

If you really want to do it, you could just create a number 1 contership title just for that fight, and retire it after.
