Default Regions

So is the game divided up into regions? It would seem logical, since most of Ryland's previous games are, and superheros tend to be based in one area. Yet, it would introduce the problem of half the superheros in any real world mod being based in New York City, and most of the rest in fictional towns. So this makes me really wonder.

As stated in the FAQ, developers journal starts next month. Until then there are no answers about the game that are not explicitly listed in the FAQ.

So to answer your question: Dunno. Nobody does (who's willing to share)

Isn't spotting a ninja a contradictory phrase? Like nearly missing (or nearly hitting)?

I'm sorely tempted to pull a Destiny and point out the flaw in that statement, but I'll give it a pass on account of gimmick infringement.
