Has anyone ever created a random fighter generator?

There's one already in game. I use it for all my fighters and then adjust the stats slightly based on how I envision the character. What do you think is missing from it? Name generator? There are several available online.

I believe he means a mass random fighter generator, something similar to the one in Title Bout.

It's a feature I too would love to see.
