Well... It would have been Derek who would have died early had I been the town Vigilante. Other's on my list were Wallbanger and I hate to admit it, but I just know I would have tried to kill Smartbomb instead of DeadCeleb.

Especially after the Gonvick lynch... Then I would have been all over everyone that voted for him (at night).

Well played.

I just had too much working against me there. I was counting on my ability, being an obvious town action that is hard to fake, to keep me from being lynched. But apparently 1 out of 3 correct results wasn't quite good enough. Not sure how or why anyone would have thought I was lying about that, but I couldn't explain away the phantom investigation result, so I was expecting I'd get lynched anyway.

If I hadn't been derailed at that point, my plan was to keep watching Crychon every night.

Oh well, it was a fun game and the scum team played a great game.

I managed to make it almost impossible to claim any usual ability), we would have never been able to recruit an additional player... basically if everything else continued as it actually happended we'd be at 2 scum (Derek and me) vs 9 town at the point the game ended. I'd like to think that such a minor event like that would make the town realise they were not doomed from the start at all - some things fell very nicely for our scum group and we ran with it.

Also the second day when the attempted SF lynch went through was crucial - after that failed town moved onto Zeel, and once he claimed vig momentum stopped. The following day Smartbomb figured out michgcs must be the dog, but there was no more information gained that day than previously available. If town had lynched mich at that point suddenly the kills reduce. I personally think this was our most important day - a no lynch and we found out who the vig was (which allowed me to direct him later).

80% of the time SF's invunerability never comes into play. Looking at the set up I think that the scum have pretty close to 50% chance of winning, and I like that. I used to see a lot of games which were seemed to be set up to give town 70% chance of winning and two scum groups fighting over the scraps. Although that keeps the masses happy (as more people are town, therefore its more liley more people get the win), it's a little harsh on scum. I'm not sure if people agree on that, as I know I've had debates where we've agreed to disagree.

DJ - thanks for your kind words, but this really is the first time I've had any influence on a scum victory - the scum wins I've had before I've died early not influencing things. I was quite fortunate I was able to pick myself out in the write-ups, and as I wasn't killing that was enough for town to leave me alone. I also managed to get obsessed with trying to kill Bluestar on the scum boards, which I think managed to get annoying.

BHK - next time I'm scum I'll call you scum if that'd make you feel better . I couldn't really in this game as you were in the write up as an old man not killing. As I was surviving based purely on being a young girl not killing in the write-ups questioning you would just leave me open to exactly the same questions, and I didn't have an answer because I didn't have a clue wat my ability claim was going to be!

Jman -I do kinda feel bad we lynched you in a couple of hours I'm looking forward to Arrows posting more about you.

Woah it's over? Huh.

I'll always have a bittersweet feeling when it comes to the Nedokius series.. two great games, both with a short lifespan.

And then later on I saw things like Destiny actually playing his ass off, guys like Derek, Banger and DJ and more all alive midway into the game.. it was like a glimpse of Bizarro World, man.

And lo and behold, what did Derek turn out to be... if there's anything I'll take solace for to be honest, I didn't actually proofread my PM. Thought I was fully town with Arrows throwing a red herring in the first post or whatever. I guess not paying attention would've cost me later on anyway.

Yeah, sorry about that. It was either you or DJ on night one, but we thought you may be the bigger threat.
