Right now, you can put a featherweight up against a heavyweight and expect an even fight. I've figured out a system which I think would make it better.
For every five pounds that one fighter is heavier than the other on fight night, a 5% bonus to striking power, strength, takedowns, takedown defense, wrestling, chin, ground control and muay thai control should be added to the heavier fighter (or removed from the lighter fighter, if you want to go that way). That way, fighters who are big for their weight class get their appropriate bonuses like in real life, and matches between Ian McCall and Brock Lesnar would go about how you imagine they would in real life. I think you're wrong about this. When I run similarly skilled higher weight class fighters against lower weight class fighters, the bigger man almost always wins.

This is how the game already works.

Well there you go. I had Manuel Silva drop and sub Fezzik twice and was just plain confused. I'll chalk it up to freak occurrences.
Glad to know you guys have thought of everything ![]() |
