In the past WWE's developmental system has always had some clear "front runners" for blue chip prospect. Even if they didnt turn out well for various reasons (Kenny Dykstra, Johnny Jeter, Shawn Spears, Scott Goldman, Dan Rodmier, ext) but people like Lesnar & Cena you could always see had something special, be it because of one thing (early on it was Lesnar's pure monster, Cena's charisma, although they got better in other aspects)
But to me it seems there isnt really any "dead ringers" down in FCW. I mean sure someone like Justin Angel or Kaval should be able to make it good but they fall in that too-small catagory. So who's the hot prospect? NOT BRYAN DANIELSON OR NIGEL MCGUINESS! My opinon: Eli Cottonwood: He's 7'1" but a way slimmer 330 pounds unlike most of the "Giants" who are really large and immobile. He sucks, granted, but he's only been down there a while. If he is given time to develop, gets called up and thrown into feuds with the likes of Finlay, Regal, Jericho, aka people who can carry and teach him he may turn into something good. Joe Hennig: There are a load of "generation" wrestlers in FCW, from the well known Hennig, Dibiase, Rotundo's, Brisco, to the not as well known Leroy Morgan & Donny Marlow. Anyhow, I see Joe achieving IC title status, but likely not more. Heath Slater: Very charasmatic. I always here him called a "Ginger Edge"... havnt seen or heard much of his stuff though. |

Hoyte! Hoyte! Hoyte! I don't know but somehow I mark for the guy. Still a big man that can do moonsaults in the WWE I am sure they can market that.

When I saw him in FCW, I thought Abraham Washington might be one to make it big in WWE. When I saw him on ECW though....

Yeah, back in the day Dave Meltzer said Hoyt's ego got huge and that was the reason they stopped his push.

I think it's totally on purpose though. I'm interested to see what happens when he finally starts wrestling *Regularly*. To be honest... The people that he is emulating are some of the most like-able people on the planet... and for him to get heat with it, is kind of impressive to me. Like I said though, it's because it comes off as artificial, and generic. |

I cannot control the physical reaction of changing the channel when the Abraham Washington show comes on. Pointless and irritating.

Even when John Morrison is on it, I fast forward Abraham Washington, and I have a serious, deep man-crush on John Morrison.
